I should not have had to have waited weeks for email replies. When I wanted our nonprofit’s policies cancelled they should have been done before the next billing cycle. When I asked a question about tenets of a policy I should not have had to have emailed more than once over a span of weeks to get answers. They were uninvested, uninformed , stalled when I wanted to cancel a policy and are completely incompetent. I am still waiting on a cancellation I requested almost a month ago. Absolutely horrible.

When my insurance carrier was bought out by another company, Sava noticed when the price started trending high, contacted me and asked permission to find me another carrier with better rates. Gosh, you mean I didn't have to threaten to leave in order to get that kind of service? Such a change from my prior company.They asked me recently how likely I would be to recommend them to a friend. I told them it's not whether I "would" - I already had.Update: Posted the above 5 years ago. Not only do I still stand by this review, if I could give them 6 stars, I would. SAVA's agents go the extra mile, and then some.
