store was a big mess, understaffed, and unable to find sizes... they were all on racks that needed to go back on the floors at the fitting room.

The girl who was working customer pick up on Wed 5/8/24 around 7:30pm was amazing I was greeted right away she was very polite she grabbed my order in a timely manner and I even grabbed a water paid for it in self check out and I was still in and out about 5 mins.i am a manager in a customer service based job so I have a high standard for good customer service. Target should be honored to have a great employee like her.

I've shopped at Target (in store and online) to satisfaction nearly all the time. I do wish, thought, especially on weekends, they'd have the self-checkout open to cut down on the otherwise very lengthy at-cashier-operating registers. But otherwise, I do prefer Target over other 'same'-type stores.

Closing self checkout lines is the dumbest thing I have have ever seen. Had to wait 40 minutes just to grab some drinks waiting while full carts were checked out. NOT A SINGLE 10 ITEM OR LESS LANE OPEN. Done with this place.

If they are going to close the self checkouts in the morning they should at least have good cashiers on shift. Last trip, I was given incorrect change. My trip today the cashier was setting up her cash drawer as she was making my change. Neither time I was greeted, and I know these things aren’t the end of the world but it’s not what you expect from a big retail chain.

March 18, 2024, afternoon, I stepped up to the consultation window, directly 10' in front of the pharmacist. I was clearly visible and waiting for assistance. He ignored me but was quick to respond to a coworkers chuckle and chat with him. It became clear he was not too focused or busy, just couldn't be bothered to acknowledge or help me. I put the item back and left the store.
