Just left the store and didn’t buy a thing. The staff was rude and did not offer me help just looked at me up and down & kept walking when I was obviously struggling to find something.

I sometimes find their pricing higher than the average bear. That being said they are also there to answer questions and help guide you to a product you need. Definitely my go to for local cosmetics.

Went to eyebrow threading with Breana R. Shaping was good but have several cuts under both brows which has never happened any place else. Super unfortunate since I have an event coming up. Will not return.

My friends and I walked in to purchase a lip product but when I was looking through the colors I had two in my hand and I guess it was making some noise because I was reading them and moving the lippies in my hand to the point a worker out of nowhere comes up to us and said to not open the product if there were no testers there. It’s common sense. She said it in a rude manner and I wasn’t even trying to open the product… then my friends sister was looking at mascara in the same aisle and opened the mascara to take a look because she decided to buy THAT one and the same worker comes up saying “you can’t open the products if there are no testers, so I have to take this one u just opened and damage it” and takes it out of her hand. She never asked “oh are you going to buy this one? If not I am going to have to damage it” nor asked “ can I please have that because I have to damage it now if you are not buying it” so she didn’t end up buying it because of how weird and rude the worker was. Wasn’t able to get a name but she was hefty and has tattoos.

this store has a nice range of items but i often have issues finding things even with help from employees, due to the fact they can be condescending and seem like they’re trying to rush you. most recently i went into here to try and find a white pigment mixer foundation for a gothic makeup style, the artist who spoke with me was very rude and acted like i didn't know what i was talking about. she kept asking if i’m looking for a “clown makeup” instead and recommended i go to a “cheaper” store. i never caught her name but this experience gave me a very sour taste in my mouth. i would recommend if you need advice on makeup/hair products or help finding a specific item you go to another ulta!

I went in to complete an order for someone in need of beauty products and I am completely unfamiliar with the store so going in there was overwhelming. I walked up to a woman named Jenny who was willing to assist me track down each item. Jenny was so knowledgeable that what would've taken me probably 30 minutes alone only took 3 minutes with her assistance. Much appreciated!

I’ve been going to Caelán in the salon to get my hair done for the past few years now and they are great. Super friendly and I always leave loving my hair, even if I’ve only gotten a trim. Highly recommend booking an appointment with them.

I've been seeing Caelan for my hair at the ulta salon in Waterford CT for several years now and I won't go anywhere else! They're friendly, patient, and always provide excellent service. No matter what I want done to my hair they always come through with skill and attention to detail. Cannot recommend them enough!

Went here to get my hair braided, very simple with a high ponytail and I was not given that it was lumpy and a low ponytail and when I asked for it to be fixed it got worse. I tried to ask for a refund but when I went back inside I was made to feel intimidated and uncomfortable so I left. I will not be returning. And don’t recommend coming here to get a braid. The first picture is what I asked for the 2nd one is what I got.

I am instacart shopper I am here at the store they refuse to help me if I am instacart shopper their excuses is they don't get extra pay for helping instacart shopper i have to cancel this batch even i am and instacart shopper I am not doing for the company i am doing it for customer from instacart order i am very disappointed with this store and the staff here if they don't want to help why first off all they have a contract with instacart my best advice is remove shopping ulta from instacart platform whoever running this store to be have quick meeting with their staff if not they going to loose money by not allowing instacart shopper will be work with ulta anymore I will never take any batch from in location especially at waterford ct
