If I could give this a 'No-Star' rating, I would. I went to have my oil changed in my 2016 Prius. When I got into my car after the oil change, I noticed the engine compartment was vibrating louder than it had ever before. I didn't realize there was a problem until the engine light came on. I put it off until the following morning after I drove to work. Lifted the hood and looked for anything out of place and found the oil cap was off and resting at the front of the engine compartment. The opening for it is at the back of the compartment near the firewall. This, I learned, was the cause of the louder vibration. I put it back in and phoned the Supercenter Auto Care manager and explained what had happened and that the engine light was on. I later learned the engine light would remain on until it was reset and the cause was the engine oil cap not being in place while operating the vehicle. The auto center manager's name is Jessica. She asked me why I didn't look under the hood before I left the store. I asked if there was a video of the oil change and if I may view it. She said it was Walmart property and that I wouldn't be allowed to do so. Left me thinking she had something to hide. She said she had viewed it (this was my 2nd-3rd call), then she (obviously) lied and said the technician had replaced the cap after the oil change. She loudly argued with me and I concluded the conversation by letting her know she doesn't work well with people. I informed the store manager, letting him know the auto center would be doing better off with Jessica stocking shelves. Needless to say, I'm never going back, but will do my own oil changes moving forward.

Showed up before 10:30 and the workers were Lol standing at the register. Apparently because they go to lunch from 11-12 they refuse to take oil changes before lunch. I did the rest of my shopping and went back to my car to all the employees being outside in there cars by 10:50. Guess this is why they are never open. They can't get food employees

Had a flat tire so i called them in the morning as i have bought and installed the tires there and they asked me to come for repair and i was there in 10mins and they said they can't do it now sorry ... Now i know why they have the worst reviews... Never going to go there again

I don't know what's going on at the Auto Center, but I called them around 4 o'clock yesterday and the phone rang off the hook for like 30 minutes. I let it ring while running around doing chores around the house. After 30 minutes I drove to the location, and found everything locked up at 5 o'clock. An employee of the Walmart Super Center told me that they close at 4. So I called today at 12:15 pm. Again it rang and rang. After a very long time someone eventually picked up only to curtly tell me that between 12 and 1 the auto center is closed for lunch and that I have to call back. So I call back at 1:30, and, you guessed it it rang and rang until finally I hung up after listening to five minutes of ringing. Is anybody even ever there? And if not, why not put up signs with this information? Or an automated message on the answering machine? Their prices are good, but this is a very aggravating, uncaring, terrible lack of customer service.

They use to be very good, professional and helpful, but my last two visits I will share here. I set up an appointment and went the very next day there for tire rotation and oil change, but tire center was closed. I asked a worker what happened, he replied due to short staff they had to shutdown tire center.The next visit when I went there the worker told me they can't take my car yet because they checked in four cars already and there are two workers only here and there is a very long wait so better to go some other place.

Employee told me this place is about to shut down for “a month or two” when I called about scheduling a tire install.The website will let you schedule an appointment which I was just about to do before I decided I should call and check , beware!!

I went in for a tire repair, sensor light on .... they fixed a flat.. which wasn't flat... sensor light still on.

Excellent store and customer service.Found what we needed with employee help.I think its the best and definitely the biggest Walmart in Connecticut.5 stars not enough
