Been going here for years, since I was a kid in this area. The older white woman with blonde hair who has worked there for a long time. Is ALWAYS RUDE for no reason when challenged with something. She should not have a job in customer service period. It's been going on for a long time and I've had enough. She's been rude to me and countless people I know who have gone there for a long time. Fire her before you lose more buisness just like you've lost mine. 👍

I bought some quesadillas through Uber and they sent me something long, I don't remember what it's called, but they were super spicy and I can't eat spicy food because if there was no quesadilla, they didn't tell the delivery person to change or remove the quesadillas from the list. I had a bad experience and maybe I won't buy from this 7-Eleven again. 😡 They don't deserve a single star. If I could, I would give them 0 stars. I had to throw away what I got because I couldn't eat it because it was so spicy.

I just placed 2 cheese pizza's in uber eats and they have accepted my order, after the delivery guy has arrived at the store they were telling they don't have cheese Pizza's.
If you don't have you guys shouldn't accept my order.
Even I tried to call directly to the store but the number was not working. I hope you guys get these reviews and try to improve your customer service.

The reviews about items ringing up more than listed price is true. I was looking to purchase the black n mild cigars which clearly had the price posted on the packaging. The cashier stated it rang up as 1.85 vs 1.39 and there was nothing he could do about it, claiming they had new systems and couldn’t adjust the price. I’m sure black n mild will also want to know that they are benefiting off of promotional products and raising their labels pricing. To make it worst he initially tried to claim that it did ring as 1.39, he didn’t think I would do the calculation. I wonder how many others thought they were paying 1.39 each but actually paid 1.85. I took pictures of both the register price and actual price as stated on product. I know the amount is small but it’s more so about business ethics and the need for all businesses to be responsible and follow consumer laws. Looks like they’ve been getting away with it for some time now

Clean, Pleasant, and Kind, the Staff know a lot it's hard to have sooo many selections as in smokes, drinks, Snacks, and Everything as We love about 711 as a kid. Went to the schools. Still dislike the Parking lot it's clean but, not enough lighting. It's fine during the day but, night it's tooo much for me. Need more night staffwith all the Uber eats etc.

Scam artist.Price on the shelf says one thing but rings up double and then I show him what it was priced as in the aisle on the shelf and said sorry gotta pay the price it rings up as.Scam scam scamAnd I have heard from other people same thing issue with other items.Paper towel said $2.99 came out almost $7?!Lol you guys are scammers and getting reported.

The women behind the counter was on the phone complaining while ringing out a customer, I simply asked to use the bathroom, her response was a sarcastic " why would we have a bathroom for you its for us who work here"! I explained I am a adt security sales manager and I just needed to use it quickly. She didn't care. I would never support this location ever again! I would give zero stars if it was possible!
