Got into a fender bender recently with my 2017 Audi A6. I chose Alplex for a reason to work on My audi. Their shop is located right behind the Anna Audi dealership and they work on a lot of Audi’s. The amount of money my insurance company offered me for the damage was a joke. Oscar, Merv, John and Sandy all fought hard with my insurance company to get my car fixed right…..and on time. They even drove all the way to Brooklyn to get me a new front bumper because it was the only one available. They all kept me posted throughput the entire process and kept my mind at ease. They even detailed the entire car for me for an additional nominal fee. These guys are pros. They’ve been in business for decades and especially if you have a highline car, bring it there. This is my second time using them. They never disappoint. Thank you Alplex! My baby looks brand new!!!

My 2 month old 2023 Kia EV6 got into a fender bender which for Ev's always turns into more than that. Oscar and the whole team were super responsive, I took it in unannounced, they reviewed and took it on. Quote to insurance and green light to work in like 48hours. replaced parts and matched paint perfectly all in about a week. John offered to come in on saturday to accommodate our pick up schedule. Cant say enough, worth the 40 minute drive from redding.

In an age when companies treat their customers as ATMs, with no real regard for customer service, it's a pleasure to encounter Alplex. They do high quality work quickly. They are engaged and attentive to the customers. They help navigate the insurance company intentional mazes. I could not recommend them more highly.

I brought in my 2012 Jeep Patriot for body work. I will not go anywhere else the work Alplex does is exceptional. I had my 2018 Jeep Compass done there as well. Customer service is A+. I wouldn’t even give it a one-star. Mervin was a complete A Hole wouldn’t allow me to speak and explain anything, cops had to get involved after he cursed and closed the door on my sister's finger, he was charging me $526, and cops found out he was lying about the charges and changed the amount to $111. It was a complete nightmare dealing with this steroid-walking miserable man. Filing assault charges on this garbage of a human. Stay away from this place!Service: Car towing

Mervin was the attending associate. He said one thing and did another. Originally he was very polite, however when we signed over the insurance check he was extremely rude., very unprofessional and not interested in fixing our car. PLEASE whoever reads this, save yourself from a MAJOR headache. Please go somewhere else. I'm calling consumer protection. They should be shut down.Services: Body & Trim

I had a vehicle towed 8 miles....this occurred on 3/10/22 after contacting my insurance and all that I called back on 3/14/22..I was told my bill was almost 1000 for towing and 5 days storage...wich doesn't make sense considering the establishment isn't open on Sunday so you can't access your car but you'll be charged....This is only some of the unprofessionalism you will deal with...I was stereotyped by the tow driver who I later found out was the owner. I waited all day on 3/14 for a return phone call from the incompetent owner to discuss the invoi e that was clearly wrong. I Noted several mistakes on the invoice that couldn't be explained...only to later find out this kind of incompetence is to be expected with this company. Upon doing some homework I found every review over 3 start is fake either posted from fake accounts or people who are employed by this band of thieves. There goal is to pad the bill to make it out of sight so they can get you to sign over your title to them....GO ANYWERE ELSE....HUGE RIP OFF!!! Don't expect a call back ...you will wait days and more likely you won't even get one....they can't explain their pricing so they just always say they are busy pr with someone.....what owner can't return phone calls?? Isn't that their job....this company is too busy insulting people to be doing the right thing ....Don't go here for any reason!!! Not even as a last resort!!!and to the crooks that work there....well what goes around comes around...so sad this place is still in business!I would push my car 100 miles before I let this place tow it 20 feet!!!
