“I can not recommend Jose and his team enough! They are kind, courteous, respectful, and their workmanship is out of the park amazing! You can see instantly that whatever vehicle they detail has to be the best it can be. They take great pride in their work. My 2013 van looks brand new! It had previousy had a wrap with lots of letters i could do nothing about. Well, no more lettering. It was also dingy with very dull trim. Not any more! I’ll post some before and after. They have set the bar very high and I’m so thankful I found them.”
“Always a great experience all employees are wonderful and friendly. One particular gentleman that went the extra mile on 10/05/2024 at 10:30 who was working the vacuum stations I didn’t catch his name he always goes the extra mile ! He checks on the customers, made sure there was always clean towels, took the dirty ones away and made sure all chemicals were full. Naugatuck location never disappoints !!!”

“My SUV was completely filthy with some offroad activity, but went to their middle bay, and it worked great and there was no streaking, no spotting so they must be using the good stuff; frankly my car looked as good as the day I picked it up. Highly recommend. Touchless sets it apart, nothing gets damaged or scratched that's super important to me.”

“My wife has been going there for years . Recently I had out 2010 Hyundai Elantra up on a lift to check for rust and rot . Other than some superficial rust . Could not find anything. I attribute it to my wife going there and always getting the under wash spray with rust inhibitor. . I just with it was a bit cheaper especially for having 2 unlimited cars on the plan. If it was cheaper it would earn 5 stars”

“I purchased a gold wash at 30 dollars, which is the highest non detailing/ center console & vacuum interior option and very happy with the wash. Took about 20 minutes but everything included in the wash was well clean and good service. Only critique is there’s no lobby to chill while the car gets clean so you stay in the car and only exit when the staff is vacuuming but other exceptional service other wise.”

“7/31/23 This place has evolved since the last time we went here. They have a two food trucks on the property food, and most of the employees work very hard, but there seems to be a little disorganized when you come out of the car wash. The are usually very busy and the wait was a little longer than I expected. In the end our vehicle looked great, except for the food left inside on the side of the driver’s seat. You have to check everything before you leave. We got the works which I thought was a little expensive for a car wash. ($60.00 +$10.00 tip)”

“Editing my review based on the owner's response below. I've never seen that at a carwash or other low-dollar card swipe vending, so just didn't know. Q-Tipp is a fine touchless carwash. Maybe a different POS service would help.
"Just had a car wash here and chose the $14 wash. Was charged $18 on my debit card, under "NAYAX AIR 3, HUNT VALLEY, MD US" Went to their website and they said the business will sometimes add a charge to process a card. Total Ripoff"”

“Best car wash I have ever utilized. The car wash doesn’t scratch the car, the people who work here are very pleasant and go out of their way to accommodate their customers. I lost my debit card here, and Issy ( I hope I’m spelling his name correctly) found the card while sweeping by the vacuum cleaners. He kept it in a safe spot until I returned. That’s what I call professionalism, integrity and respect. I highly recommend this car wash and will be a customer as long as I live in Naugatuck.”

He ensures my vehicle is cleaned to perfection. Jilson even calls me over once done and allows me to review the car before pulling away and will remove any small residue I may find. “This was the best gas station in CT as a Sunoco. The owners were there for like 30 years...since I moved to Naugy. The new owners converted to Shell and did a bunch of upgrades.I'm happy that they are keeping the place up. Levy is still there. I sure miss Bob and Eric. They were the best!!! No more Chucky...thank goodness.”
