“These guys did a terrific job on my 15-year-old Porsche Panamera. It looks showroom new. They buffed out every little scratch and imperfection, cleaned the inside to new condition, restored the wheels and ceramic coated the exterior. The work was done professionally by a team that seems to love what they do and take pride in their work. I intend to keep this car for the rest of my life, and this is the team that will keep it looking new.”
“Hands down the best in Waterbury ! Very pleased with the results and absolutely amazing service ! Made sure my car was sparkling inside and out. I had stains from my sunroof left open that no one thought they could take out, and my son wrote all over the top on one side. Now gone like it never even happened. Also got an oil change and let me tell you my car has never felt this smooth, I am trilled with my first experience and will be back ! Thank you Erik, I most definitely recommend platinum car wash & oil !”
“Always a great experience all employees are wonderful and friendly. One particular gentleman that went the extra mile on 10/05/2024 at 10:30 who was working the vacuum stations I didn’t catch his name he always goes the extra mile ! He checks on the customers, made sure there was always clean towels, took the dirty ones away and made sure all chemicals were full. Naugatuck location never disappoints !!!”
“I want to thank Ryan for the the amazing service! I bought a bad product trying to wax my own car and it wouldn’t buff out. Ryan was able to remove the oily film and he restored it to its original shine. The splash team was very friendly as well! I am a forever customer! Thank you!!!!”

“They took us in without appt and didnt keep us long at all. They changed all our fluids at a decent price. They even threw in a coupon to bring the cost down. They offered an honest and respectful service. Bonus that their waiting room was clean and inviting.”

“I recently experienced an incident at this car wash, and I want to acknowledge how professionally it was handled. The staff communicated clearly, took responsibility, and worked with me to resolve the situation in a timely manner. I truly appreciate their professionalism and customer service, and because of that, I would feel comfortable returning in the future.”
“I purchased a gold wash at 30 dollars, which is the highest non detailing/ center console & vacuum interior option and very happy with the wash. Took about 20 minutes but everything included in the wash was well clean and good service. Only critique is there’s no lobby to chill while the car gets clean so you stay in the car and only exit when the staff is vacuuming but other exceptional service other wise.”

“Editing my review based on the owner's response below. I've never seen that at a carwash or other low-dollar card swipe vending, so just didn't know. Q-Tipp is a fine touchless carwash. Maybe a different POS service would help.
"Just had a car wash here and chose the $14 wash. Was charged $18 on my debit card, under "NAYAX AIR 3, HUNT VALLEY, MD US" Went to their website and they said the business will sometimes add a charge to process a card. Total Ripoff"”
“I appreciate that they offer handheld underbody pressure washers. Also, If there's a problem with any of the equipment and you call customer service, they will get back to you within a couple of hours to resolve your issue. 👍”

“Excellent service and value! Russell was kind, attendant was friendly and all smiles, plus the self-serve area with vacuum, cleaner fluid and rags was so helpful! We'll be back! (Plus the light show and music made cleaning my car with my guy a fun activity.)”
“Went to Happy Hand car wash around 1 pm today and was the first in line. Staff throughout the whole process were great. Friendly and smiling at each station. Felt like they were happy was there. You don’t see that anywhere anymore. Price was comparable at other places for just the outside of car washing. Will definitely go there again.”
“Great Place. Great management, Mr. Jovani, When Iris Way to Help. Me Out. What’s having a hard time with the vacuum. Great Place, I will recommend to everybody five stars.”
“Stopped in yesterday with a large pick up truck with a cap and ladders on. NO problem. My truck was filthy inside and out. Embarrassingly so... THEY took care of the inside and outside. Cloth seat stains gone! Vacuumed exceptionally well and even took out the plastic molded carpets and got underneath the flooring... in between the seats.
The attention to full detail was certainly great! I will be back with 4 more cars soon!”

“This was the best gas station in CT as a Sunoco. The owners were there for like 30 years...since I moved to Naugy. The new owners converted to Shell and did a bunch of upgrades.I'm happy that they are keeping the place up. Levy is still there. I sure miss Bob and Eric. They were the best!!! No more Chucky...thank goodness.”
“The touch less automatic drive through car wash is now open. Went through this morning. Super modern, high pressure. Inspected my car top to bottom afterwards. Does an amazing job. Buying the monthly pass they now offer.”
“Thank you to Steve for helping me and a couple others with the freeze issue at the car wash today. I’m sure if the other people didn’t rush out you would have helped them also. ?”
