Once again didn’t disappoint me. Went to pick up prescription and was told it wasn’t there. Called the doctor and they stated it was called in and they called CVS again! Went back to get the prescription, no apology that they messed up and it was there. Then stated couldn’t use Good RX and didn’t help to assist with getting the MD’s DEA number so I could save money. No help, no assistance and no one cares.

Love it, Organized and the Staff get it. Pharmacy Techs are Smart and Extra Kind when I'm at my Worst. Big Pharmacy with Lots of Customers. New products and the Store has tooooooo much of Everything. CVS Company please get my Local Products as in Honey and etc. Give your Staff a Raise because Watertown needs them.

In regards to the pharmacy, not only are the wait times increasing to the point of ridiculous but so are the attitudes of the employees. It’s so bad I literally dread picking up my prescriptions even at the drive thru. Time to switch pharmacies. The convenience of a 7 day pharmacy and a drive thru aren’t even worth it anymore.

I'm sorry that the individuals who have reviewed this location negatively have had bad experiences. Personally, I have had nothing but the opposite! _EVERY_SINGLE_TIME_ I visit this location, I am met with professionalism and superior customer service that I feel compelled to write about.

Terrible. How long does it take to fill a prescription. Your recording says it will e ready at 11:55. At 12:10 it should be ready. Every time I come there are issues! Don't advertise 1 hr prescription because you don't ever have it ready in that time frame. Then tell me to Wait in line again.

The Dr called in the prescription to this location, her choice not mine. I went the next day to pick it up. Someone named Jonathan was having difficulty even finding where he had put it. I expected it to be filled since it had been 24 hours. Then he mentioned he didn't have something. In my experience, when a pharmacy doesn't have something, they order it and receive it rather quickly. He said to come back in 10 min. When I went back he said he called the Dr who ok'd the substitute, said he spoke to the nurse. I mentioned there is no nurse at this office, he insisted he spoke to the nurse. Well, when I got to the office the Dr was upset that this was NOT what was ordered and I needed to take it back, stunned because "they order this there all the time." Well this interfered with the evening and following day plan of administering meds. When I looked at the prescription to call the pharmacy, I noticed a completely different Dr's name, address and Phone# on it. No wonder Jonathan talked to a nurse, it was the WRONG place! When I explained, he argued he was right. no apology, no offer to get it corrected. I suggest you stay far away from here if you want your prescription filled correctly.

Listen, I'm not the kind of Yelper that's out to bash anyone and I'm definitely not the kind that writes reviews on places like Pharmacy's. I mean, if you go to Yelp for Pharmacy reviews that's fine, I get it. I'm more likely to just go to the nearest Pharmacy to get what I need and call it a day. Which is what I did in this case and let me tell you...this place blows harder than Dizzy Gillespie during a trumpet solo. It's just bad, that's the beginning, middle, and end of that story. We were actually kind of forced into going to the Pharmacy when our insurance changed and we really had no other option. The 4 times we've been, there was always some kind of d*** mis-understanding, mix-up or just general mind numbingly ridiculous interaction with someone. Birthday mix-ups, wrong names, prescription not ready...you name it, they covered it. Beyond the Pharmacy itself, the rest of the place is equally miles under par. Non-sensical aisle layouts, long lines with just one cashier and an overall SUPER sketchy clientele. We've since decided to drive the extra few miles to avoid this place and that was a smart decision.

Just awful unorganized and poor front staff. Rude male front worker very snippy and unhelpful. Shelves are messy and products where leaky. Way better idea to go up the road to rite aid.
