“I had a newer Marantz receiver that needed repair (probably replacing the HDMI board) and reached out to Approved Audio Service for a rough estimate. I sent an email on Friday afternoon and didn't expect to hear back until the next week. Larry at Approved Audio Service replied in less than half an hour! After asking a follow-up question, he was able to give me a rough estimate for the repair cost. I ultimately declined to have the repair done since the cost was approaching the price of a new receiver, but this was outstanding customer service. I will definitely contact Approved Audio Service again if I need a future repair.”
