Most friendly, professional, efficient, knowledgeable group of people I have had the pleasure of getting to over the past several months. Honest, ethical always servicing the customers needs. Their goal is to listen, clarify, deliver what the customer wants, needs, desires. I recommend utilizing this company whenever you need to rent a vehicle. Exceptional Customer Service, reliable, clean, variety of vehicles to select from, quick, easy sign, sign out so you can be on your way.... Oh! They will pick you up also... I am confident you will be very happy you did.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Supposed to give a comparable vehicle, gave us a rear wheel drive vs AWD and we live in CT (in the winter no less), vehicles sticker was overdue on an oil change by over 3k miles. Vehicles interior smelled, and had a sticky residue on center console. Switched vehicles, then was told it's normal to have a vehicle go out with 1/4 tank of gas. I've never heard of a rental company giving out loaner vehicles with 1/4 tank of gas. I've also never heard of a company picking you up with someone who looks like they should be working at GameStop in their pajamas with zero human interaction skills. What a joke of a location.

Would not suggest this branch to even my worst enemy.Worst customer service ever, I was left stranded with a dud rental vehicle with oil & engine light on, and that the only option told by assistant manager was to bring it to mechanic...who was very nice and informed me about the severity of vehicle issues. The amount of time I wasted going back and forth with Enterprise is billable. Because of "low inventory" I had to wait 3 days for a replacement vehicle which I received thanks to different branch in Waterbury. This branch did nothing to support a 10 year business customer, plus I was on a bereavement trip. I'm appalled that Enterprise would have such issues with providing customers with safe and reliable vehicles, and when there is an issue with a car, Enterprise should take it seriously and protect their clients from becoming stranded at all costs.

Renting a car was my only option upon arriving in the US, so I became a frequent customer of Enterprise Watertown for nearly two months. I initially rented a Kia Soul and later a Kia Forte. Both cars were in excellent condition with only 5-10k miles on them, and I haven't encountered any other problems so far. I would like to express my gratitude to the team at this location for their exceptional customer service.

I showed up 5 minutes before closing to rent my Ram 2500 truck yet I was treated very well,no one was in a rush to get me out quickly,it was a very pleasant experience, it was a above and beyond moment.Returning the car,again I was running late but the agent took his time,was friendly and thorough.Overall a great customer service and experience.I will definitely be back again!

I was very dissatisfied with my service, my 1st car smelled like cigarettes then I returned it the next day it was not clean, with the second car it was better but the lack of miscommunication by management lead to an unsatisfied customer and they would not correct there mistake, won’t be renting there again.
