Would love to know why I was told I was behind and if I paid $300, I would be caught up. So I paid $300. Then a month later I'm magically behind $400. This place is a joke. I can't wait to finish paying off this loan and washing my hands of this company.ALSO. If you're going to send someone a letter stating you're going to repossess then make sure the letter is delivered in a speedy matter because the letter I received was dated the first of February, I received the letter on the 9th and repossession is supposed to happen on the 11th. Like I said a joke.

Didnt realize there was a merger that voided my account information for my payment to be on autopay monthly now i am 2 months behind becuase they changed the way they run things

I was welcoming the merge with FB until I had to deal with an employee there in the Watertown office named Jose. He was extremely rude and condescending! Why would someone like that be allowed to work there?

I am in the process of rebuilding my credit. This credit union gave me a chance on an auto loan at lest than half of the rate other institutions wanted to charge. Now they are helping us get a loan for our daughter. Dawn is extremely helpful and is great to work with.

Not user friendly when it comes to online banking. Behind on times, no app for phone, really need to step it up. Closed out 3 accounts this week because of it lacking those reasons

This credit union really needs to come in to the 21st century. They have no online banking at all. Update: they have online access to some degree, but it is not easy to use. But I will go 2 stars now.

Freindly teller never had an issue I would give 5 but I'm just basic checking though so I'm not aware of loan and ect. Ps you can check your account online..

Terrible customer service. Three generations doing business at this bank. When a member of generation 3 was a victim of fraud, the bank reluctantly returned the money, and then, after the WORST treatment from the manager, the account was closed in pursuit of a better protected bank with better customer service. So the manager of WDCU went to the Watertown PD to file charges against the ( former) customer! Atrocious!
