“Excellent customer service they went above a beyond! I brought in my son’s favorite silver chain today to be fixed and was expecting to wait a week or so to pick it up. My son was so disappointed when he realized the chain clasp broke. The jeweler happened to be onsite today and was able to fix the clasp for me within a few minutes. I was not charged. My son and I are very appreciative”
