Egan Sarojak from Shaker's Ford Lincoln dealership was AWESOME from the moment we arrived on the lot. He greeted my wife and I very professionally as soon as we arrived and asked if we needed help. He was very knowledgeable and informative as we took a test drive in the Lincoln Aviator. He showed no pressure for us to purchase and was very respectful of our privacy in discussing our purchase. Egan guided us through the process of buying our car and made everything go smoothly , even offering to come in on his day off for us to pick up our NEW car. Several voicemails regarding a factory recall that I had left were never responded to. I finally took my vehicle to Dowling Ford, where I was treated with utmost professionalism. Shame on you Shaker Ford. Kudos Dowling Ford.

Broken windshield after 30k service. Service manager acknowledged it was from impact but didn't consider it was an impact while in their possession.

Well let me start from the beginning I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted and I needed some thing with very low mileage I went to Shakers Test drove car I knew it was what I wanted and it was in good shape, it just needed to be cleaned up a little bit and there was a few little dents in dings on it that I really didn't notice until I got home. My sales person never even got in the vehicle with me when I picked it up never showed me how to use all the features that was available with this vehicle. Thank God I found explorers before and had an idea. I think my biggest complaint about the vehicle is it was not cleaned the way it should've been it was very dirty when I got home and actually inspected it more. I know cars are bought at auctions but I think this car had quite a past. There were some interesting stuff on the contact list That probably should've been cleared out before I brought the vehicle home. I should have contacted shakers sooner so maybe they could've rectified some of the dents in the car and cleaned it up better talking t

WORST DEALERSHIP IVE EVER DELT WITH. 0/10!!! I drove 3 hours to go see this truck, i went with my boyfriend who works at FORD, went to take it for a test drive and the older sale woman insisted she sit in the front seat to "tell us all the features" kept bragging about how she's been working there forever -_- she didnt know ANYTHING about it. My boyfriend ended up telling her and I all the features. I put a $500 down payment on the truck THAT DAY (Feb. 4th) Then came up the next weekend to Put 60k down on the truck (they knew I was going to buy the truck) had absolutely nothing ready that day for me. I signed all the paper work then told me they could deliver the truck out by me (In Massachusetts) when it was all registered and insured so I wouldn't have to drive 3 hours, well they lied. First of all they made me sign THE WRONG paper work, so they had to resend the paper work which took a week, THEN they kept putting the wrong license # down on my insurance so I HAD TO CALL AND DO IT FOR THEM, this took them ANOTHER WEEK! Finally they got all their sh!t together and said my truck was ready but I HAD TO DRIVE TWO HOURS to go pick my truck up from the registry and when I picked it up they didn't even give me a copy of the registration ! she just told me to take a photo of it! I put a down payment on the truck February 4th... I didn't physically receive the truck until MARCH 3rd and IT WAS DISGUSTING INSIDE they didn't clean it AT ALL from the day I looked at it and never got it inspected either! She also told me to drop insurances because " they gave her a hard time" well that's because she kept inputting the WRONG INFO. it's MARCH 20TH and I have yet to get my registration sent to me! I will be making sure EVERYONE knows not to buy from this dealers ever.

Excellent experience with Shakers. I went in looking to see a vehicle that I had noticed online. I met with Mike Talarico to look at the SUV. He was wonderful and made purchasing the vehicle easy and non stressful. Mike went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our decision. He even helped us retrieve a sentimental item in our trade-in that was stuck in the door. We also met with Kevin Lubitski in the finance department. He was very thorough in describing our options. We did not feel pressured and felt comfortable with what we selected. I would recommend working with these two any time. This was the most pleasant experience I have had buying a vehicle.

They've had my vehicle for almost 2 weeks and haven't looked at it yet. They say no technicians to work on vehicles. (Hire more!) Every time I leave a message takes forever for a return call. Whenever I do speak to someone, wishy washy answers and they say they'll call me right back...hours later if Im lucky. No loaner cars either. So I am supposed to rent a car for a month? Never again with this dealer.

Horrible customer service. Husband bought a car early July. They asked for a personal check to hold the vehicle while financing was worked out. He returned the next day to pay for half of the cost of vehicle and they told him that the check would be returned to us. It's now end if July and they still have not returned the money. They continue to make up excuses for poor organization and basically dropping the ball. Would not recommend.

Zero stars would be appropriate. Had my newly purchased car in the shop for a week under their so-called "warranty". Could not find the problem, did not fix the car. Called us at one point to say it had a faulty sensor and they would replace it. Then figured out that they had confused our car with another car, so the voicemail was not mean for us!? They either have no idea what they're doing, and/or are a total scam. Do not go here, you will regret it. What a nightmare.
