I was in the market for a new computer and printer. The sales person at Staples in Watertown CT was very helpful, knowledgeable, and took time to answer all my questions. She helped me choose a computer and printer that fit my needs as a teacher. She also helped find coupons and discounts to lower the price!

Beware Amazon returns!!! They take your package but due not process it correctly indicating to Amazon that the order was never dropped off. Staples informed me that they are not responsible for the issue and I would have to call Amazon customer service to rectify. What an inconvenience!!

This Staples store is very convenient for me to get to from my home. It has a large selection of products, well displayed and available and has associates who are knowledgeable and very helpful in finding and choosing the product that you are looking for. I would highly recommend it as an in-person Staples experience.

Absolutely wonderful staff! Especially Mike, He helped me out tremendously. I was trying to print out photos from my phone but they would not print out right he sat there with me and helped me with them one by one! Thanks again will definitely come to this staples for all my office and printing needs! Thanks again Mike!

Horrible place waited in line for 15 minutes while 1 person was working and the other just standing around. I was trying to return something and the lady told me I had to go to a different store. Just didn't even try to take the return I would have been happy if she atleast tried. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

I went to this location this morning before work. I needed to make some copies not being sure how to make copies. I went to the service desk where the people were to ask for a little bit of help. I had three pages and I need to make 10 each but I wasn't sure on how to do that. There was a woman in front of me who looked like she was waiting. There were two people at the desk you would think they would say I'll be with you shortly but nothing after about 10 minutes I decided I've had enough I had to leave and get to work.

HIGHLY recommend- Had the most helpful experience this past week! I traveled to my sister’s house from MA and realized I forgot my work laptop charger mid-day. Before I headed to the store, I called to make sure they had the charger I was looking for. I got there and grabbed the charger that I thought was right for my laptop. While I’m checking at the tech desk, the guy who I was on the phone with me had put aside 2 different versions for me already !!! It was the sweetest gesture. I wish I got his name because I really want to make sure he gets recognition. If of any help, I went in on Monday 1/22.Can’t thank this associate & store enough for helping me with my scramble :)

Do not shop at the Watertown Connecticut Staples. They have had three store managers over the last year, and none of them treat their customers well. I had a problem with a $100 gift card that I had purchased there, and after it didn't work, found out that it was never properly loaded by the employee at the register. After months of going in, emailing and calling corporate, no one cared to help me. Go to Office Depot, Walmart, or on-line, but do not shop there if you want any sort of customer service.

Walked in tonight to Fax Important Docs that needed to be out tonight (12/27/23) Nope machines had Sorry Not working, one was working had two people in front. When got to person in front of me she was waiting for machine to respond and fax, stood there 25 min with one person in front of me trying send their docs. Had employees behind us at counter, they clearly didn't care machine was not working or that she might need help. Clearly they weren't going to try get other machines to work that had signs on them. Maybe they could maybe they can't but maybe come look see if help is needed. Horrible never got my docs faxed I had to leave waited waay to long lady still struggled to get hers done. Never again, been in this store before, people there just not helpful. If all machines have signs why bother be open in that section.
