Don’t go to this bank! Their fees are too high and the manager was very rude when I questioned what they did to charge those fees. Closed my account on the spot.

I don't have an account here.I drove a customer here who has an account here. He came to make a wire transfer and needed to use the bathroom.. instead of allowing him to use their bathroom he was forced to cross the street in heavy traffic and go to a local restaurant to relieve himself!

The manager was rude to me and clearly didn’t care about the issue on hand. The employee working there said I could wait for the financial advisor to help me with the issue but the manager told me, for whatever reason, that I wasn’t allowed to wait inside of the bank. She told me to either go wait in my car in the 90 degree weather or be left at the mercy of the customer service phone number. I thought the goal of a physical bank was to help with issues? On top of that, she contradicted herself multiple times. The issue was that they spelled my name wrong on my new credit card, they did this on my debit previously too but were able to fix it and print me a new card in store the same day. This time though, first the manager said that they couldn’t print me a new credit card because the card was too new, then she told me that corporate or whatever had my name wrong on the card acc so I should call them to fix it, THEN, she proceeded to tell me that I should just activate the card and use it as is since someone probably just slipped up when typing my name. If she didn’t know how to handle the situation, I don’t see why she had to jump into it or why she got up from behind her desk to personally tell me to go wait in the car. Oh wait, I do know why! But I won’t make the allegation here.

Terrible terrible service. Everytime I go there there is some kind of glitch. Either the ATM is down or the drive thru takes for ever. The latest was that the teller told me that they could only send a certain amount of withdrawal through the tube because it might get stuck. This is the absolute truth. Know that tomorrow I am closing the account and bringing my business elsewhere. CRAZY!

Don't trust this Company. They falsely reported credit scores and held me hostage so I couldn't refinance. They admited what they did wrong but won't compensate me in any way. Now I've spent thousands more and they don't care even though it's with their "Service Quality" Team.I even have a letter apologizing but an apology doesn't make me whole after thousands of dollars.

I hate this bank. I closed my dad's money marketing account and the assistant store manager Nancy C. Forino closed my dad's savings/checking/money marketing accounts. Now im having trouble with his online banking. Because it's not recognizing the account. Horrible experience. I felt like she didn't want our service because we are Latino.

Unfortunately the last few times I have visited this location I have had very very slow service to the point of shutting off my car. I typically go through the drive thru for my office and today I sat for 25 minutes! I had 3 small deposits! That's the longest I've ever sat at any banks drive thru window. From now on I will have to go out of my way to Middlebury to do my deposits.

extremely helpful in a crushed for time moment. excellent service, lower fees than other banks in the area! i was exchanging us cash for Canadian at last minute - they accommodated me on the spot, and had the lowest fee to do the exchange.

I recommend TD Bank to all my friends. (who is ever really happy with their bank and willing to review them?) They are open when I need them to be. They are open at times I need them to be, after work, earlier in the morning, Saturdays etc. When they are not open, their online banking tools are complete and their customer service is very helpful. With online deposits that are easy, online payments (including to individuals) via email, and transfers between accounts, you can pretty much accomplish everything. Have you ever been at a cash register and there was not enough money in your account? Within a minute you can log in and transfer funds so you don't look like a deadbeat to that young person at the register. No matter which branch I stop in, the staff is always friendly and someone greets each person that walks in the door. I am not a big customer but I am treated as one. I am writing this review not because I am a new customer who is happy, but because I am a long time customer who has remained happy. I have been a customer for about 5 years. TD Bank has remained consistent in their customer service.
