Continuously short staffed. One person serving the counter during holidays? Tonight counter staff stopped service because they had to balance the money drawer of one of the staff. Where is the post master?

I don’t know if it’s summer help or what but we have NOT been getting our mail! A street with TEN houses and we haven’t seen a mail truck. This morning I find yesterday’s mail in my NEWSPAPER TUBE!!! This can not be acceptable!

I scheduled an important passport appointment for 12:30 pm that I needed ASAP because im leaving for college. They call me and tell me they cant do it because they are short staffed! Absolutely ridiculous hire more people or only list the times you can do the appointments. Never going back here again and I recommend no one else does either.

They constantly lie about delivering my packages, they will say it's at the front porch when it's actually in the large mailbox WITHOUT a key for me to open it or not delivered at all.They give me other people's mail and put my mail in other people's boxes. My packages are delivered smashed and sometimes even thrown on the porch. After talking to them multiple times they do not do anything to fix these problems. My grandmother sent me packages that were smashed to a pulp. They gave us the run around and we never received the other 2 packages. They are just gone. This is constantly happening and no one cares enough to do anything to fix it.

Place is a joke. Long lines and then after waiting 20 plus minutes to find out they don't have money to cash a money order when I saw them with a full drawer of cash a few minutes prior but told " come back in afternoon " ... because I have all the time in the world to come back.
Don't offer cashing out money orders if there's constantly an excuse. This was third time. Also woman said she is going on break...in middle of a long line, come work in the medical field with me where there's no break especially if you have a line of people.

While I have always had good service at the Watertown, CT post office, I have had some problems trying to call the postal employees there. No one ever answers the phone! I wanted to ask them to hold my mail for me, because my mailbox was crushed by a falling tree during the last storm. I am having a mobility problem, and was hoping I didn't have to go into the post office myself. Guess I have to now.

Cool place. Nice people. Helpful for shipping, though boxes and packaging are sometimes in short supply. Small town post office moments.Sometimes my dad doesn't get his bills in the mail though. Not sure whose fault that is. I've got a feeling mail as an industry is losing profitability with the advent of email and electronic payments.
