Not friendly to waiting customers, who purchased a car in March 2023. Kind service personal and the front is a mess. Call will not help, messages , not responses, and customer service. Poor Decision on My Part. Wanted to keep Local but go anywhere else.

I have had a couple cars here a few times for service and I was treated well each time. I've dealt with Howie a few times and customer service has always been top notch with clear communication during the whole process. I work on my own car, but there are some things I cannot do on my own or the car is under warranty. Valenti Volvo service center does a good job treating customer cars with respect and providing prompt precise service each time. Recently, they were able to provide me a courtesy car at the last minute which was awesome. I was able to go home and work while the car was being looked at instead of sitting in the dealership all morning.

I recently had a major problem with my XC90 and Valenti helped me work with Volvo to solve the problem and have Volvo cover the repair. They were nice, professional, competent and helpful.

Charlie and Steven Gillian have been exceptional. They have leased us two gorgeous Volvos. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Really appreciate them taking the time to work out each deal flawlessly. Most dealers don’t bend over backwards to get you an amazing deal, but Charlie and Steve did. Thanks!

Super disappointed with my “ Volvo “ experience from Valenti.We leased a 2021 Volvo XC 60, within the first 10k miles the front of the car shook violently upon braking, they assured us this was repaired under warranty, turns out they only replaced the rotors so now 8k miles later they are telling us the car needs brakes again and when they warrantied the rotors they threw the unevenly worn pads from the warped rotors right back on the car! This is common sense for any mechanic to know you don’t put old pads on new rotors. At the same time they failed to notice a car with 12k miles tires were wearing unevenly due to bad alignment. Now I get told the car needs new tires at 20k miles due to the alignment being off, when they did the last “courtesy service” this should have been noted or brought to my attention, it would have been easily correctable at this time instead of telling me at the next service that now I need 4 tires on a car with 20k miles.Every car previous to this one we got 30-40k miles out of tires easily and we have the exact same driving routine.Hoping this review helps someone else planning to deal with Valenti and “Volvo” these cars come at a premium, it’s just a real shame that isn’t reflected in the quality of the car and the quality of the services rendered.

Best car buying experience! Charlie and Terry made us feel like family. They did not hassle us to buy the car and provide the best customer service. My young child was with us and they treated him like family with snacks and his favorite tv shows.

Background: Just brought a certified s60 T6 late April 2023 from Valenti Volvo, I'm rating this based on the selection, people, dealership and transaction. I'll update this after a couple of months as a follow up around servicing and the car itself.I've been looking at s60s for 1.5 years (during the chip shortage) and was never able to find one that fit my needs and in rare cases if I did it was priced unfairly. Valenti Volvo got this car in and the folks there were responsive and friendly from the jump, I worked with Terry from start to finish. This is a smaller Vovlo dealership compared to all the others in a 150 miles radius from me (I've visited most of them) but, the staff was friendly and the selections seemed to be unique (for what I was looking for). Terry loves cars and has lots of experience with Volvos so I really appreciated his commitment in making me happy and making sure he was transparent along the process.Valenti worked with my trade in (2015 WRX) and worked with me to get the numbers I wanted to come to an agreement. They were never pushy or rude just open and honest. When it came time to pick up the car and sign the papers Terry gave me a full run down of the car and its details all the way down to the parking pass holder. I've never got that thorough of a tour of a car!

Horrible experience with service department today when one of my rear tire has a leak and I have tire and wheel premium package.Technician found a pin hole on the tire and the tread depth measures 4/32. Aaron H told me it will not be covered anymore which was wrong information. I ended up calling warranty department myself to find out what is the correct informationThe correct information will be not covered by tire and wheel premium package after 2/32 of tread depthI wasted 3 hours at the dealership and they didn't do the repair or replacement, Aaron tried to tell me I need to get my 2 tires replaced to match the other two newer tires.Recommendation and has to are two different thingI am not sure if these advisors are under commission to sell or not but to me it is horribleService manager was not there at the time however sale manager Charlie was very helpful to find the information online( if you sell customer any coverage package, would you think you should have the correct information to the customer and employees? )I asked Aaron if they can call the warranty department to find out the accurate information since I am already at the shop. He told me it will take 2 hours to get a hold of them......I got the phone number myself and call them and got the information myself in 10 mins.Also they suppose to file a report to the warranty department at the time of service but they didn't.I called another volvo dealership and they will repair it right awayI do not recommend this service department. All of the employees should be trained properly

We had a wonderful experience buying our Volvo the Sales manager Steve Gilligan couldn't be more helpful.,he took his time to explain everything to us. This Volvo is certainly different then our previous 2 Volvos. We can't thank him enough for his patience. Just purchased a 2022 XC90 on 12/23/22. Steve Gilligan was my salesman. He was terrific to deal with. Very responsive to all my questions and concerns. If you are headed to Valenti Volvo ask for Steve. You well be glad you did. One comment for Volvo Inc however. The elimination of the written car manual is a mistake in my opinion. If Volvo wants to keep customers in their later years coming back to purchase another Volvo they need to understand that not all customers are comfortable with a screen manual. Just a thought.

We just recently leased our 8th Volvo. As customary our experience was pleasant and seamless. We worked with Terry Barangiero and he was easy to work with no pressure and was there to keep us updated during the whole purchase process.
