This verizon offers top notch customer service. I was helped by the store manager Andrew, and he was very patient with my lack of technological skill and understanding and broke everything down to its simplest, easiest ways for me to understand what he was explaining and helping me with. He never came off as too pushy, but still offered the great service I needed with my new phone. The other employees were offering the same great service to the other customers they were helping and provided a great environment to all who were in the store.
And when needed, Andrew, Noah, and Brandon all worked together as a team to help every customer who walked in the store.
One of the easiest and most efficient experiences I have ever felt in dealing with a phone issue.
The store manager, Andrew, really runs a great ship with how he multi-tasks helping his customers and associates.
Great service, will definitely go again if I ever have any issues with my phone or plan.
