A rest room for customer is needed at Wells Fargo bank at Strait Turnpike in Watertown. I was told there wasn't any for customers.An employee was friendly and was able to suggest other places that had a restroom. Otherwise, would have taken off another half /1 star.

Drive up window and parking lot available. Bank was very clean and updated. Tyler was very friendly. Then wait a little longer that I expected for not that many people in the bank. Overall a good experience.

I had an issue today where Cassandra was very very helpful in assisting me. Just as I was second in line at the drive thru my car battery died! I was able to put it in neutral & roll it out of line. Someone in the bank saw this & Cassandra came right out & offered to help me. I asked her the bank's address so I could inform AAA. She went inside & gave me a business card with the address on it just in case I forgot. She offered to take me inside to keep warm since it was very cold outside. A few minutes later she came out again to make sure I was ok. My issue was resolved a short time later. I am very grateful that she & others in the bank took time out of their busy day to make sure I was ok & my problem solved ! Cassandra is a great asset to this bank.

Cassandra helped me out today and she was an absolute joy. She was kind, helpful, and answered all of my questions. She was the bomb dot com! This is my new main WF location and I’ll only bank with her from now on because of how great this experience was.

The costumer service is horrible, 3 bankers were changed and none of those completed a simple service such as a credit card payment, They were saying they can’t do it without having my bank card and id first, and I had to drive half hour away for bankers in another branch to complete the transaction, the bankers in Watertown definitely don’t have to work in that bank, they need to learn to complete such easy tasks first, and to learn to complete costumer needs without being rude.

Horrible horrible customer service!!! Rude as can be and treat you as if you were some animal. I loved going to the one on Main St but it closed now I am stuck with these ignorant disrespectful unprofessionals. I will be switching my bank thanks to these fools!

Very poor customer service skill. If you need to withdraw money above $2,500 you need to give them 7 days advance notice. If your request exceeds $5,000 may God be on your side. They need to upgrade their customer service skills and learn how to accomodate for all customers despite of socioeconomic status. I usually dont write online reviews but this is my third bad experience with them.

I am a single mom stroging everyday. I've lost my job and I've been struggling economically. I am already embaraced by showing my face at the bank. Today I went to see if I could get some fees waive. Even tho is not the banks problem, I just went to see if it was posible. I was called IRESPONSABLE by one of the representatives. Unaceptable. Making me feel less infront of my child. Not only that, I asked another question after that, and she didn't take the time to explain to me. She just said “it should be in your receipâ€. Extremely rude. No customer service at all. I've never felt so humiliated and discriminated. This bank already had bad reputation. I am moving forward with this case. You should not make people feel any less because of their economic status.
