“If I could give 4.5 stars, I would. The only issue I have is I would have loved more communication from them about my car status, instead of me constantly calling them. When I did call, Cassandra was fantastic and returned a call very promptly. Cassandra helped me in many ways. She did not make me feel dumb for asking, what might have been seen as obvious questions, and stayed calm and assuring when I was starting to stress that I was hitting my max time with the rental.”

Ray did all the interfacing with the insurance company for me, to ensure that the quote would cover everything, which wasn’t a service that the dealer’s body shop would offer. He also ensured that the rental information was correct. I received regular updates on the status of the work and it finished a few days earlier than planned. The quality of the work is excellent, the car looks as good as new.”

After calling several places that wouldn’t even look at my Volkswagen, they gave me a great estimate, were upfront and honest, and fixed everything within the exact timeframe they promised. She told me exactly what I needed to do tho fix my bumper on my Subaru. I knocked a large piece of granite over and had quite a dent. The man there ( I'm sorry I forgot your name) was so nice - he helped me match the paint on my car & then prepared a perfect match for me. Lynn showed me what to use and how to do it!
