I brought my pc in a few months ago because it was randomly shorting out and having trouble turning back on. He was able to locate the source of the problem within a day or two. small piece of hardware that I wouldn't have been able to find in a thousand years. He also did his best to clean the VERY dirty pc, and im very grateful for it. I will definitely return if I ever run into any other issues

Robert was nothing but kind and helpful throughout my whole ordeal! I called him at a short notice with some problems building my PC, and he was able to see me the same day. It was a short wait until my PC was totally fixed, along with some helpful recommendations on how to make my build better. I highly recommend his service! <3

Robert quickly found the problem with our lap top. We did not lose anything we had on the device accept the MS Office corruption issue. He also made recommendations in the set up to improve speed and reduce chances of trouble later. Our first time using GCC and will do so again when needed.

Robbie was awesome and was able to meet me right away when my brand new PC just wouldn’t turn on a few days after getting it. He went through the whole thing, checked over everything, figured out what was preventing it from turning on, and went through and removed sketchy software that came on it. Kept me apprised of what was happening, sent me photos while he was working on it and explained everything to me….very patiently answering alllll of my many questions. Always got back to me very quickly.
I’m thrilled I have someone I can trust to help me with/fix/upgrade anything with my PC, and would encourage anyone to go to him with their computer needs!

If I could leave this company a 10 star review I would. Robert always comes through with the best customer service and work I have seen. Do not waste your time going anywhere else. He’s very responsive, his prices are reasonable, and his knowledge is invaluable. I have seen him twice now (both in dire need) and he’s fixed everything quickly and efficiently. He’s super friendly and gets the job done!

Would recommend anyone to come to this guy, gets the job done and more at a very reasonable price! I needed an upgrade for my current pc and Robert had no trouble helping me out with that. Very communicative throughout the whole process which was helpful, went above and beyond with customer service. Answered any and all questions I had. Will be coming back if I have any problems or need any more upgrades in the future.
