I travel about an hour to go to this salon, its that great. Recommended by a colleague who has stunning hair and ever since I started going and seeing Dorothy, I can say I am more than impressed. Have been a client for almost two years since my last hair salon botched my hair, Dorothy was able to save my hair and help me maintain healthy hair.

The prices on their website aren’t accurate. I was charged 40% more for a simple haircut than the price that is listed on their website.

Lauren did an amazing job on my hair! I told her I had a history of using box dye and she was 100% judgement free and we got my hair to the exact color inspiration I had in mind with some dimension!

I've had several good haircuts at this salon, but after management's treatment of my college-age daughter after her stylist destroyed her hair, I think I would burst into flames if I set foot in this salon again. Simple haircut that she'd had done there before, a simple trim for shoulder length curly hair. Stylist spun her around in the chair and took 3.5 inches off, taking her curly hair up to her chin.By the time my daughter realized what was happening, it was too late. Yes, ladies, the nightmare scenario of a stylist grossly messing up a simple haircut. My daughter was too upset to speak and left in tears. I went back in to pay for her, horrified at what they had done to her pretty hair. When my daughter reached out the next day-not for a refund but for management to talk to the stylist about what she did so it didn't happen to anyone else- she was immediately accused of being an "influencer looking for free things." It was not until she provided a picture of what the stylist did to her and the reference image that they apologized, acknowledging that it in no way shape or form resembled what she asked for. But this was after more than 20 minutes of suggesting this was all my daughter's fault and accusing her of essentially theft of services. Ladies, I think we have all had a bad haircut and most of us leave silently knowing that we are stuck with a bad cut, afraid to say anything. But I think it is okay to say, "you messed up" and salon's need to be willing to step up and accept responsibility for mistakes instead of immediately accusing repeat customers of being influencers or frauds hellbent on stealing a $40 haircut. Where on earth does any salon get off acting like they are above reproach when they clearly messed up? Outrageous. I don't care how good my cuts have been in the past, I won't go back to a salon that disrespects and insults customers who have received poor service. My child is now the proud owner of 2 wigs at more than $40 a throw until she can grow out what this salon did to her. That's how bad it is. Own up to your mistakes and make it right-but don't wait until you have lost two customers to do it.

Natasha is amazing! She is a master at baby lights. Her technique is great and she takes her time placing them. I get a nice haircut and the last blowout she did for me lasted many days. She has a great personality and it's great at what she does. Highly recommend.

Mama got her hair cut first, and Madi did an amazing job with my long bob. I specifically wanted more volume in certain places, a piecier look, and NO cutesy flip up at the end, which happened every time I asked for this length. She very much delivered. Then had my oldest's new "haircut" slavaged, and finally today, the middle kid emerged from Laura Uterstaedt's chair looking like a freaking child celebrity! So their Dad has an appointment at the end of the week, and the entire family now goes here for cuts cuz they know what they're doing.

I have been coming here for almost 13 years since the week they opened. Amazing haircuts and color. Amanda is always up in new styles and techniques and I pretty much leave it to her and totally trust her. My husband gets a great cut here and I have also have been bringing my two girls here as long as I have been coming. Amanda and Dorothy are super patient and friendly and help them with their choices - and the color accents they put in my both my daughter's hair were bright and beautiful!! Love them!!!

Unfortunately, I have to give 3 stars due to my last experience. I was returning customer and overall i loved how Izzy was detailed, never rushed when doing my highlights, always great haircut, nice blow dry, great experience (10/10). Due to change of my schedule I signed up to Dorothy, and I was dissatisfied. I felt she wasn't that meticulous when doing highlights, during my visit she did a haircut to someone else in the meantime and everything felt rushed. She did not clean my skin and forehead from the dark dye and then did not blow dry my hair and said I did not book blow dry so eventually I left salon with wet hair and dye on my forehead. I did my hair in 4 countries, many different places, and that never happened to me. She was polite and explained that she has new customer waiting, but Isn't that a standard of care that when you do new color you have to have blow dry because otherwise how would you know what is the effect of your work? I always had my hair finished with other stylists at this place.

Daughter showed stylist picture of cut she wanted and the woman hacked it all off...she's sitting in the car crying because it's way too short and she's miserable. Why show a picture if you can't follow it? Now I have a 14 yr old crying and miserable.Service: Haircut

Idk Izzy wasn't very personable. 40 dollars for a 15 minute mens cut , tipped her 40% didn't even get a smile let alone a thank you.
