Love this Aldis but tonight I watched the curly haired younger male cashier be super rude and condescending to a woman who he believed had taken his cashier cart (as if another one couldn’t be brought out to him). He in turn berated her in front of everyone and didn’t apologize once he was proven wrong by the security tapes. Very disappointing.

I love Aldi and this is my closest store. It's smaller than many other Aldi's so it doesn't have everything that other stores seem to have. Parking lot can be a zoo when ChickFilA is open.

I have been a customer of this supermarket for more than 5 years and I like the quality of the products, but today I had a very bad experience with a cashier, I think this girl is new, she is a super rude black girl, I think she treated me super badly because I am Hispanic, it seems that now racism has become fashionable again.

I've been to a handful of different Aldi locations in CT and this one is the worst unfortunately, most likely just a product of location which is basically Hartford proper, not West Hartford. I hate to say the quality of food has gotten considerably worse in the last year or two. Place can also be a mess at times though I'd blame the shoppers more than management. Every other trip here I'm also panhandled by homeless or otherwise non-shoppers for quarters, not THAT big of a deal, but I've actually had folks come right up and knock on my car window and ask for more than just quarters.

Great job Roxanne, Bridgette, and all staff! Usually customer friendly, knowledgeable, and intelligent! Prices for most quality items are the best in town! Displays and aisles are usually clean and well though out. Thanks to the management as well for great service over the years!

Went grocery shopping,I told the cashier that I got bad potatoes the last time we came in .She told me she couldn't do anything about it unless we had a receipt.I tried to tell her that's not how it works,she ignored me and kept on checking people out.Wasnt happy at all.My daughter shops there every week,I've worked for Aldi's in New York for many years.I wish I had the time to talk to a manager ,but we were short on time

The workers should stop placing merchandise when shopping, they don't let you shop calmly and on the other hand I think the fruits come with some chemical every time I buy them from Aldis it affects my stomach. Avoid buying them here in my opinion.

This Aldi was clean and had good produce, and was reasonably priced. The checkout process was efficient despite not having many registers operating.
