“I knew I wanted to frame an original letter my great uncle wrote after being discharged as a POW in WW2. It is a prized possession, so I didn’t want the integrity of the letter to be compromised. It’s a tricky ask to pull off, but you all did it better than I could have expected. Thank you for your patience in listening to the story of the letter and how important it is to my family. I will treasure this for years to come.”
