CLS is a full service, hospital-based laboratory that serves the local outpatient community. A cooperative service of Saint Francis Hospital and Bristol Hospital, Collaborative Laboratory Services offers full-service routine chemistry, hematology, blood drawing and screenings services at locations throughout Connecticut. This location is closed 12:30-1:30 p.m. for lunch.

I hesitated to use this lab for my physical blood work after seeing the negative reviews. But it was just right down the street, so I went there on an impulse and I was glad. Avery was the person who did the paperwork and draw the blood. She was friendly and the needle pain was minimum. I definitely would use them again.

I have always been given five star service from this location. Every tech is polite, professional and competent. My results are always completed lightning speed and I've never had a problem.

Avery is the best! She’s been drawing my blood for over a year (I need it done every other month) and I don’t feel a thing. Highly recommend!
