I've been going for about 3 months now and the coaches could not have been better since I entered the gym. EVERY member is welcoming, the coaches are informed, communicate well and structure programs which support success. Viking Athletics is genuinely interested in your growth and development in and outside the gym. Great job team - I'm excited about working with you all in 2025 and deepening relationships with other members.

I’ve been coming to Viking Athletics for a month now after attending a large, well-known CrossFit box for two years.
I’ve had a great experience here so far, and I feel like my skills have improved more in the last month than in my previous two years in CrossFit.
Everyone is very nice and supportive, and there’s lots of good, well-maintained equipment to use.

Love this place! Erik is a wonderful owner, he will take time to check in with you regularly and he genuinely cares about his members. Absolutely loved the workouts. Even through my times at the gym was short, I will miss the place and the workouts. 100% recommend.

More than a gym. These guys are anchors in the community and they train for life.
I used to wander around different globo-gyms without a sense of direction. Here I train with focus, discipline and a sense of community accountability and support. Also a shout-out to everything the coaches do beyond the classes—recipe ideas, nutrition, training seminars, workout ideas for the road , you name it. Cheers to an upcoming 2025 👍👍👍

Viking Athletics is an exceptional gym, and I highly recommend it! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and always provide feedback during workouts, helping you maintain proper form and ensuring a safe training environment.

The workouts are thoughtfully planned and available in their app, making it easy to prepare for sessions or create personalized plans if you’re working on other areas outside the gym.
Every workout is tailored so anyone can participate, no matter their fitness level. There are scaling options for everyone, and the coaches will guide you to find what works best for you!

This was my second year dropping into this box and it’s great! Was able to drop in a couple times during my visit to the area this year and a few times last year and every session, I’ve felt welcomed and had great workouts. Community was kind, coaches were motivating and gave great instruction, and the workouts were fun/balanced. I’ll continue to drop in when I’m in town in the future.

Great gym! Personal training is top notch. Every workout is individualized to get clients to achieve their own fitness and lifestyle goals. Definitely not a one size fits all plan. After a nagging back injury Erik analyzed my pain, movement and routine and helped increase strength so that I now live an active, pain free lifestyle which I never thought was possible. I couldn’t ask for more!

I've been working out at Viking Athletics for just over 2 years, and I couldn't be more impressed. The coaching here is exceptional; they’ve skillfully helped me modify movements due to old injuries and have significantly improved my strength and endurance. Beyond that, the community is incredibly friendly and supportive, making every workout enjoyable. Highly recommend this CrossFit gym for its outstanding coaching and welcoming atmosphere

I’ve been a member at Viking Athletics for over two years now. I really enjoy coach Erik’s CrossFit programming, as it is super sustainable and balanced within a given week. I’ve experienced both strength and cardiovascular improvements in my fitness while training at Viking Athletics.
All of the coaches are great! They provide very understandable instruction and are always suggesting improvements that are catered to each individual.
Recently, due to an unpredictable and busy personal schedule, I’ve been working with coach Erik in a hybrid fashion, where I split my time training at home (with programming from Erik) and at the gym. I’ve been able to maintain and, in some aspects, improve my fitness even with limited equipment at home. I bring this up to highlight that Viking Athletics can work for anyone, regardless of schedule / time constraints.
I would highly recommend reaching out to Erik if you live in the area and want to join a great community, or are just dropping in for a workout while in town!
