Hands down the worst CVS in area. I went there to consult and the racist girl on the counter asked me to go FROM CONSULTATION counter to Drop off counter, I waited there for more than 5 minutes and then the lady there asked me to go back to CONSULTATION counter. When I asked the girl why she had to do that, the racist girl told me that I thought, thought...
I am like REALLY? You work here and you are wasting my time based on your racist that I should go to a white person if I am white or go to a black person if I am black?? Wasn't that the reason. Then the pharmacist asked me to get a Tylenol. When I reached the Tylenol aisle the medicines were locked in the shelf, and there was a button to call for assistance, I pressed that button 5 times but Noone cared to show up, all this time when racist girl and her compadre was laughing from the counter, looking at me- a helpless customer, trying to get a Tylenol from there. CVS. Then I went to front and checked with the 2 folks in the front, they told me to wait, I asked them can anyone help me, to which they said NO, because they are busy gossiping 😆, then I asked if one of the 8 backyard pharmacy compadre can help me, to which they said NO and asked me to wait and chill. I told the guy don't ask me to chill, you guys chill. I am not coming back here ever. Guess what you just lost a customer and probably many more who would be smart enough to not show up at this mockery of a cvs.

These pharmacy IS TRASH..CVS supposed to stand for CustuValue Services....yeahhhh right !!! LIES!!!! they keep playing with patients prescriptions... made me come to the pharmacy 3 times with dumb excuses for my insulin.... first wasn't ready, then the fridge was broken come Monday and now my insurance is not active lol when I picked a prescription few days ago and I called the insurance and not problems....also I request help with a diabetes sensor and the lady ( i doubt that lady is a educated pharmacist) she stated the prescription was incomplete and the Dr. Office sent thing incomplete...they DO NOT RESPECT. The patients...before I get the counter was a lady requesting speak with the pharmacy manager and she stated she will take her prescription to another pharmacy...defenetly this pharmacy worth 0...bad bad REALLY BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL services

This is the absolute worst pharmacy. There is always a line, the people behind the counter seem clueless, and prescriptions are never ready in a timely manner. I live half a mile away and refuse to have prescriptions sent here any more.

I had an appt for 830 that Imade online through CVS. An email i received said to arrive 5 mins before. I was sitting waiting and i let the pharmacy assistant know I was there and had an appt. And I could her the pharmacist said she wasn't taking me because they open at 9am. I stated I made appt online and 830am was the schedule time slot.
And she was like it doesn't matter I needed to wait til 9am. Either way she was very rude about it and unprofessional. She was just chit chating with coworkers. I just felt if it was me on the other side i would try to see what I could do. Just surprise how I was treated. I am a nurse and caring for people all day and trying my best to help if I can. The way she was speaking to me telling me to call corporate, just seem unnecessary.

This is the worst cvs I've ever been to. We were told a prescription was in stock and then it was out of stock when the doctor called. My husband called and they said it would be readymade in 30 min with 30 I stead of 90 days. Two hours later, I come and told I need to wait 30 min. When I complained, I was told that it was on a timer and spoken to very disrespectfully and rudely. Ive never been spoken to so badly by a pharmacist.

Ever since the new voicemail system has been in place, I have called 4-5 times and have NEVER received a call back from this location. Have never had an issue with getting a call back from other locations but the pharmacy at 1044 boulevard has dropped the ball on customer service. Don't waste your time calling because you won't receive a call back - just use a different location.

Garbage all over the floor through the store, disorganized boxes of stuff spread out throughout the store, no restroom big cobwebs at the entrance. Place is disgusting. Literally walked in and did a lap and forgot what I walked in for because I have to watch ever step I take not to trip. I'm attaching some photos below for reference

Horrible! Doctor offices office sent a prescription around 1:35 PM and as of 7:05 PM it was still not filled and because of that I arrived at 7:59 only to be told after standing in line for a minute that they close at eight, and I would have to come back in the morning. Check out man in the Pharmacy was so chatty that he could have wrong out more people instead of talking about tattoos! do not use this pharmacy!!!
