Worst customer service and this membership is a scam, on top you have to pay tariffs at the store. What’s really the deal of paying a monthly fee plus tariffs, for some cheap clothes

Do NOT shop here! Went in 4 days ago and purchased two pairs of leggings. I signed up for a membership at the same time. Got home realized one pair was extra small instead of xxsmall. This item was Never worn! However, when I went in today to exchange for the correct size, they refused saying the inner white tag was missing, though the shape I brought back in was the exact shape I purchased them. I even still had the pricing tag . Not only did they give me a hard time , the sales associates (all three) but one girl ( I think she was a girl not sure) in particular with a gray sweatshirt was legitimately laughing saying I was wrong and kept making snide , rude comments). I am so disgusted at the lack of customer service , so much so that I have already filed an official complaint and cancelled my membership . FABLETICS will never see another dime from me, my friends or family again .

My experience canceling my Fabletics membership was frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. It took several attempts before my request was finally processed. You can’t call anyone — they don’t have a phone line for cancellations — and you’re forced to wait in a live chat queue for assistance. The process is far from quick or convenient, and it felt like they made it intentionally difficult to cancel. My feedback is toward the company’s cancellation system, not the store workers, who have always been kind and helpful in person.

You can't exchange things without a membership and then they charged me a foreign exchange fee on top of that - do not shop here.

Insane prices for terrible clothing. The clothes look like they cost pennies to make and they sell it for $130+. Honestly one of the worst scams i’ve ever seen. Should be illegal to price clothes this high with that crappy of quality.

HORRIBLE! Bought my daughter a scrub top and the company signed me up for a $59.95 a month membership that I did not want or ask for. They most likley added the membership in the small writing. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING before you check out. Will be reporting to better business bureau. After 6 months, we noticed the charges. NOT GOOD BUSINESS AT ALL!

On Wednesday 5/7/25 I stopped in the store to check out the two for 25 shorts. I had asked about the sale and person who I think was a manager, explained everything to me and it seemed appealing so I started shopping. Any questions I had were easily answered by the Two ladies working in the store. They were helpful and courteous. The clothes fit very well. It was a very pleasant relaxing shopping experience.

This company is LUCKY I even gave them one star! Horrible horrible customer service when you call the corporate number! All I wanted was to update my email because I added the wrong one when I signed up. They asked me to verify my credit card number, then told me the card number was wrong. However, this WAS the card I used and I was looking right at the statement. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they told me the same thing. So I told them to cancel my account because I can’t access it, yet they have my card on file and continue to charge me for the membership! AWFUL! They lost a customer and lots of potential money because I do like their products but they aren’t worth my money now!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Fabletics location in Wesfarms Mall , primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager. Instead of receiving assistance, her comments included “bro” and “you can get out of my store.” The lack of understanding regarding my concerns was truly shocking. The manager's attitude made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. I went in to return items purchased online that were simply just too big and was unable to return one of the items even though it had a tag and never worn! Some of the items purchased online I wanted to exchange for a smaller size. Now looking at my emailed receipt she only included the sweat pants and not sweatshirt to my order which is very upsetting. I am a very understanding individual but to be spoken to in such a manner is really disrespectful. At the very minimum my order should have been put in correctly. It’s disheartening to witness such poor customer service in a store that could otherwise have great potential. I would not recommend shopping here unless they address their managers customer service and relations.
