This was the first time doing my taxes that someone was open and willing to take the time to clearly explain the circumstances of what and where my money was going as well as how to monitor it. The Tax Preparer Dana Dmowski was very kind and very patient with me as I was gathering my information. She even provided information that they offered classes to help inform me even more if there was somethings that I didn't understand. Over all it was a helpful and welcomed visit to Jackson Hewitt.

The manager David Borowy was unprofessional and rude as he yelled and screamed at me in front of his 3 office staff and 3 customers because I asked him to honor a 33% discount off the tax preparation fee. David Borowy states that he manages the Jackson Hewitt branches in my State so I won't return to Jackson Hewitt again.
