2 weeks so far and still waiting for a read on an ultrasound. How can it possibly take this long and how is that acceptable? Will need to take my business elsewhere. Last year it was one month before a routine mammogram had results. They promised me this time it would be better. I gave it a try, but won't be able to accept this delay and lack of communication again. When I first tried to find out results, after going through many prompts and waiting on the phone, my call was simply dropped. I called again the next day, finally got a person who said it's in the hands of the radiologist - no known timeline. Goodbye.Update 12/9/22 - after my posting, my request was escalated and I received my report the next day. Thank you for your assistance in getting me results.

The wait for the results of a mammogram are unacceptable-almost three weekend then the information's wrong. Now I trying to get it corrected, not sure how long that will take.Other tests done there results in 2-3 days.The staffs nice and efficient

I've been calling for 2 weeks now to try and schedule an appointment, but no one ever answers the phone. Or they put me on hold for 30 minutes. I can't even make an appointment!!

Making an appointment is just annoying they leave you on hold forever. Then on the call they state you need your insurance info. What joke after waiting 20min. At least while on hold state that instead of Covid info so you can get it or just hang up.

one year ago I had a mammogram with your practice, and I did it well ahead of an orthopedic surgery I had scheduled. Little did I know that the lead time to get a mammogram read at your facility is so protracted. And instead of a call I receive a letter more than 3 weeks later that my mammogram was abnormal. It left me in a really difficult and anxiety ridden situation. I was so upset I spoke with Ethan Foxman MD CEO who was very nice and said it was a quality of COVID. Fast forward a year later and now I have been anxiously awaiting my mammogram result for 22 days. AGAIN! I called Jefferson and asked to speak to the manager and of course got the run around: take my number and they will call me back. I will make sure to post if they ever have the business ethics to really call back. Apparently womens health issues are not at the top of the list at Jefferson radiology.They don't care how long women wait on pins and needles for their mammogram result.I saw a post from an OBGYN office that said Jefferson is known for the ling wait on the mammogram reading and reports.I think Jefferson needs to make that known to women when they call to make an appointment so they patient has an option to go to a breast center or somewhere else that really understands and cares about them.Then they put me through to an ACTUAL VOICEMAIL for complaints!! They either get a lot of complaints since they need a voicemail for them (any decent company would have someone pick those calls up live!) or they just don't care.

From the moment I entered the building it was fine. Very generous and professional employees. But they give you the copy on a disk that your doctor can't open. What is the problem of putting the report on a piece of paper next to the disk. I think it would be easier for someone who does not have access to open the disk. Because if it is a copy I believe or think that any doctor can open it.

I don't know what is going on but going to medical appointments and any medical building to been seen is plain horrible, I made an appointment online I show up at my given time the lady at the front desk "oh we can't find you in our system " she tried to make another appointment for another time, im sorry but this is ridiculous, so then she says hold on you can been seen now, well I better be seen I made an appointment online. I took pictures and filled out the questionnaire online yup I had to do it again at the office, what type of system is this with covid regulations and what is the point of doing anything online if you are trying to avoid touching anything in these places. I understand most offices are short of staff but come on its 2022 but we are all acting like its 1940s.The changing room oh boy says "sanitized " but the walls dirty with like soda spill, come on lets do better fire the cleaning crew.I would have given five stars but I can't the two stars are just for the X-ray technician she was very professional and kind.

I am sure this medical imaging group is as good as all the others out there. If you could only get someone on the phone to book a procedure. After 3 tries on 3 different days I gave up after going 'round and 'round for over 20 minutes on the phone tree merry-go-round. No business should have such a poor customer service system in place. Hire more people.
