During the three years of my home buying process, I’ve worked with several lenders however none of them compare to Marc and the Total Mortgage team. What I loved most about Marc was his responsiveness. Whenever I had a question, Marc always ensured to answer them in a timely manner and if he didn’t know the answer, he would refer someone on his team who did.
My closing process was unique, complex, and took longer than most; however Marc was always there every step of the way. I never felt isolated or alone, because Marc always was there to provide sound advice. I always felt that Marc was professional, had my best interest at hand, and was always there to listen to me vent about the frustrating process. Should I buy another home or know anyone buying a home in the near future, I would recommend Marc and his team every single time.
