Felt very pressured to get more services. The front desk and the professional were trying to upsell me on everything. It got to the point that it no longer was relaxing. It was uncomfortable to be pressured to buy more services. I even said that all I wanted to do was relax. I’ll go to a spa next time.

Andrea, the esthetician was wonderful. Unfortunately the front desk staff is horrible, and made what was a very relaxing experience, truly uncomfortable and stressful. I typically choose the Cromwell location and never once have had a poor experience.

I recently visited this location with my husband for a Valentine's Day massage. Unfortunately, the experience didn't meet our expectations. Despite requesting a medium-firm massage, the pressure was too light and didn't provide the relaxation we were seeking. My husband shared the same sentiment, and we both left feeling disappointed. Considering the high standards of the spa industry, I won't recommend this particular location. I hope they can improve their services to meet customer expectations.
