I'm not much of a reviewer, but man...this company has been awesome. They have earned my trust by being honest about the issues that should be fixed and the ones that aren't really a problem. They also go above and beyond for their clients. This is the only place I'll go.

Probably shouldn't have Brian sleeping with customers girlfriends for payment for side work. Quite unprofessional and just lost his company a lot of corporate accounts

Excellent service. Scott and Brian are very nice and very helpful. Took our Tahoe in with a valve stem leak (a TF Tire screw up) and even though the shop was incredibly busy Scott took the car in and made the repair. Will recommend this shop to everyone. Well done!

Great local shop with honest hard working people. Went in with a slow leak on a tire for a large SUV. They removed a nail, called me 45 minutes later for pickup and it only cost $20. 5 star experience and I'll be back when we need new tires. Thank you Modern Tire.

Another great experience with Modern Tire I'm West Hartford. I had an issue with a belt that should have been simple but wasn't. The guys did a great job of communicating and finding solutions for me to get my car back on the road in really quick order.

I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Modern Tire! Truly one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in years. I was in town visiting family when I had a flat tire and they couldn’t have been more accommodating and professional. 11/10 recommend these guys for any and all of your auto needs! Thank you!

This place its crazy,i called im ask if they can fix a tire ,becouse i have one screw in my tire and they told me i need an apoinment and the next one was for one week al 745am and who ever picked up the phone was not nice .

My daughter is a student at UHart and is about 10 hours from us, her parents. When she had trouble putting air into one of her tires, she tried a couple of different gas station air pumps to no avail. I looked up "tire service" and "West Hartford" and Modern Tire WH was one of the first to pop up and had stellar ratings. So, I relayed the location and she headed over. She got a friendly greeting, was listened to as she explained her problem, and the tech immediately went out to do a visual inspection. He immediately found a small piece of rubber inside of the tire stem, pulled it out, and filled up her tire - no charge. Folks like this tech and businesses like Modern Tire need to know what a relief it is to parents of children studying far from home that thoughtful, considerate, and understanding professionals who treat customers with respect and kindness still exist. Thanks, anonymous Modern Tire WH tech!!!
