This was the most unsatisfactory experience I have ever had. We ordered three simple things: two stacks and nachos. One of the stacks has just ground beef and cheese. Nothing else. The second stack had no guac and was not sealed at all. The insides were leaking all over the bag. And by the way, both stacks did not have queso when the menu specifies that every stack comes with queso. Queso was also missing from the nachos. This establishment has undoubtedly diminished over the years and puts the franchise to shame. The workers are clearly incapable of comprehending even the simplest of requests and cannot for the life of them follow their own menu. If I could rate this a zero star, I would, but this is the next worst option. I will not be returning.

Me and my friends stopped in for a few burritos, and was surprised by the menu. I don't know anybody in their right mind who would to return to a restaurant that gross. It was like sloppy seconds coming out of the lady's mouth and onto my friends food. Pretty gross. I made a complaint and the manager said their trying their best. Not like trying their best to gross people out while eating.

I was excited to have my first meal of the day until I approached the joint that had a line popping out of the room. I waited 15 minutes for this poorly wrapped burrito and quite frankly have a bad day because of it. Not only was I about to pass out from hunger when I got back to my room, but from how low quality both the food and wrapping job were.

I have never seen a Moe's in CT that has worse service than this location. I've been going here for over a year and a half, and didn't want to say anything because I'm not trying to make life harder for anyone. But I think other customers should be aware of these things.The main issue is that the employees have a major attitude problem. Most of them act as if you ordering something off the menu is a personal slight to them. God forbid you ask for a side of queso, and don't even think about asking for extra chips! And I have also seen employees handling food without gloves. I noticed another person left a review about concerning food safety issues.I've been to this location multiple times when they're trying to mop and clean up 30-60 minutes before closing time, and make loud groans when you come in. I'm sorry, what? The business is advertised as being open until 8:00, not "technically open until 8:00 but we're going to start cleaning up at 7:15 and glare at you if you dare come in."But the worst is this one female employee. I don't know her name, but she is white and has dark hair. She acts as though it is the biggest inconvenience to have to make your food. You can tell that she doesn't want to be there, and takes it out on the customers by being as rude as possible. Look, I understand times are tough with COVID-19, but she has been like this every time I've come in for over a year.For me, the straw that broke the camel's bake is what happened when my husband went in last night. The same female employee was mopping the floor and asked if he was coming to pick up an online order. He said no, and she let loose this loud "UGHH" and glared at him the whole time he was ordering. I've seen disgruntled employees before, but this woman takes it to a new level. It's one thing to not be a cheerful employee, which is understandable to some extent, but it's another to be openly hostile to customers. I'm not going to be going to this location anymore, the Moe's in South Windsor is much better. It's too unpleasant going in and having employees make you suffer because they don't like their jobs.

I eat in this lovely place a lot! This is my favorite place to eat. I visit this spot at least once a month. The meals are great, the staff is professional and the prices are decent. I enjoy going in this place to have a tasty lunch.

I celebrated my graduation last night in this gorgeous place. I am glad to say that we passed a pleasant evening and the venue was no doubt the reason for the fruitful celebration. The team cooperated in a sweet style, the meals were tasty and my guests were so glad. We shall absolutely return for more celebrations. thanks very much.

I sent my friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The the cooking is appetizing and the crew is efficient and cooperative. Every time we go to this place we enjoy a splendid evening. highly recommended.
