Mr. Sparkle Car Wash in West Hartford offers a quick, clean, and affordable car wash experience. It features an exterior car wash tunnel, along with two touchless automatic washes and two vacuums. The vacuums require dollar coins, and customers have suggested that adding machines with towels for drying and cleaning wheels or inside the car would improve the service. Many customers appreciate the soft, brushless wash, which leaves cars clean without damage. The facility is especially recommended for those with rims they want to protect, as it has guards to prevent rims from getting messed up. The staff, particularly a helpful and friendly employee named Corey, is often praised for their kindness and professionalism, making the experience pleasant and ensuring cars come out clean. However, some reviews mention inconsistent quality, with one customer experiencing a poor wash that failed to clean spots or bird droppings properly, and a towel turning black after use. Despite this, the staff responded positively, offering a refund after the issue. Overall, Mr. Sparkle Car Wash is known for its efficient service and friendly staff, especially the attentive manager, Corey, who makes the experience enjoyable and trustworthy for many customers.
