I rarely give reviews unless I am not happy. Today I was in the store waiting in a long line. One of the staff noticed me and went to get my mail. I didn’t not expect this. They always give outstanding service and call me by name.Service like this is rare. I want to thank the wonderful guys who work there. ?

Superb customer service. Pak Mail kindly goes out of its way to problem solve customer shipping questions and concerns and they always come up with a very reasonable solution. I am in the Chicago but needed a lot of expensive items crated and shipped. Thank the lord someone recommended Pak Mail and Phil. They did everything they said they would do and more. They are incredible, Got 3 crates and everything was perfect. I just wish they were in my neck of the woods. I surely could use them. If you are in there area and need to ship things. Call or see them!!

When my FedEx package was not delivered on time (no fault of PakMail), the staff immediately did the work to track the package down and get it delivered as soon as possible. Thank you to the staff, particularly Susan, for going out of your way for me. I will continue to use this business because it demonstrated that it truly values its customers.

Consistent excellent, courteous service from Phil, Susan, Steve etc. I have been happily patronising this business for the last 17 years. Steve went above and beyond today, kindly offering to, and then unsealing an enormous box of multiple items, and taking most of them out, in order to retrieve one small item that I had mistakenly brought in a few hours earlier and given to Phil to ship.

I highly recommend PakMail of West Hartford, CT. PakMail did help me with pick up, packaging and shipping to Norway. Everything went smoothly. The packaging job where done excellently. Good communication from start to end, and quick follow up all the way. I am a very happy customer.

I cannot say enough positive things about Pak Mail in West Hartford. I dropped off a package to be returned to Amazon. Hours later, I realized that I had put the wrong contents in the package and called Pak Mail. Steven went above and beyond to track down my package, which had already left their facility, and get it back to me. I will use this operation for all my shipping needs going forward.

I cannot believe this business has not been reviewed since 2014. I've been doing business with PakMail for several years. Excellent service, good rates. They've done right by me since I moved to West Hartford, giving me a secure location to pick up packages and mail as things like that have a tendency to disappear from porches and mailboxes in this town. Thanks to PakMail, I've never once lost a package. An excellent facility to ship from, the staff is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Locally owned and operated, too. Support your local small businesses. If you need a mailbox that's secure, I recommend this one.

This PakMail store provides superior service. My clients likes to ship their clothes ahead in lieu of carrying suitcases through the terminals when traveling. Pakmail carefully packs them all in wardrobe-sized cardboard box or considerately folds them in an appropriate sized container, and makes sure the garments arrive in a timely manner for a reasonable fee. Highly recommended for the traveler that rather not deal with the carousels and fees at the airport check-in desk. Plus, this PakMail has very convenient, dedicated parking.
