I placed my order on their little iPad and came to the register young lady walked out. Looked at me and didn't say anything. Few minutes later young lady from the back said she'll be with me in a moment. Few minutes pass by. I asked the first young lady is it a pickup area she pointed down so I went just to see if my order will be there. Order wasn't there so I came back to the register and the lady said and she will be with me in a moment. Was waiting on another customer and I waited and she said and she said oh she should have took care of you and she proceeded to go ahead and finish and give me my order

I like to use the tablets but when I tried to order a drink it kept saying sold out. So I had to go to the counter and that took time to get someone's attention. I ordered the Mac and cheese w/bacon and half a smokehouse BBQ sandwich. The Mac and cheese was ok not as creamy as normal. The sandwich was subpar with not enough BBQ sauce and no crispy onions. Brownie was just as good as always.

After waiting over an hour while trying to contact literally anyone about my order which said 20 mins away for near an hour an a half. Called the store 4x just kept ringing when I finally got my order the order was wrong waiting 40 mins again to have someone FINALLY pick up the phone to say they'd check then hang up on me. For a place that charges $7 for smoothies you should have better staff and better customer service. I'd give it no stars if possible

Half full cups of soup, they also forget to add drinks to delivery orders. I wish the app would let me select a different location for delivery because this one repeatedly messed up my order.

Total joke. Went there to get my daughter and waited over 20mins. Got text msg that my foot is ready, my food was never put on counter for pickup. Stood there waiting no food. Told supervisor at the time that I would like refund due to this issue. She said I don't know maybe someone took your food. What a great service....yeah right. If the people who lead have no customer service how are the employee suppose to display proper Etiquette. So disappointed!!! Franchise owner hiring a whole new staff. Or atleast the ones that are working today 10/13/23 from 3pm-4pm.
