Very professional, thorough and simple process. Servicemen followed procedure and policy of next steps and transferred stickers with no questions asked. No paperwork due to website being thorough with insurer. Would recommend.

The staff at the West Hartford location is very friendly and helpful. The whole process was pretty easy for me: my insurance made the appointment for me, I received reminders and information before getting there for my appointment, I gave the specialist my key with a promise that my car would be available 2 hours later and the fix was done professionally and timely.
I didn’t remove my oil change sticker, camera and EZ pass from the windshield but when I picked up my car, the sticker got put back and they added new adhesives for my camera and EZ pass. I think small details like those speak volumes.
It was definitely a great experience for me!

Between 1 appointment with a technician was a no call and no show and the final repair of the windshield where the damages just as visible as before, I can't recommend Safelite

My service tech's name was Eddie, he was very nice and called about 15 minutes before arriving at my house. Very courteous and professional, explained everything thouroughly. He said that it would take about 1-1 1/2 hours to complete. He did a great job in that time frame, and took care of all the paperwork for my insurance company. Overall a great job!
