Had a great experience at this store. Had a out of date expired Hp ink cartridges that purchased from another Staples. I call Hp and they told me to bring them to a Staples. Was greeted by the store manager and I was already a little upset because of the Hp cartridges would not work. The manager at the store went above and beyond as a manager to accommodate for the Hp Cartridges that would not work. He enlightened to situation with a humorous story he told me which made me feel comfortable. After giving him my Staples account that I have used for years the gentleman exchange the expired cartridges I had purchased with new updated ones. These are very expensive and thought I was out of $135 for purchasing them. I own several businesses and wish some of my managers would perform as he did taking care of the problem and me leaving with new ink cartridges as a happy Staples customer Want to Thank him for the help and enlightening the situation. Ryan is the best store manager of any retail store I have ever shipped at not just staples.He recommended a great printer for me and when it turned out to have a manufacturer defect I did not discover untill a couple days later he gave me no issues returning it and exchanged it for the same price I paid for the original.It was unfortunate it was defective but that was out of control and he found a solution for my problem and did so quickly and without issue

I went to get my TSA pre-check today . Everything was really fast and the gentleman was very polite and professional BUT there is a huge privacy concern. The door was wide open and they put chairs literally 2 steps across from it . People that were waiting in line could literally see everything on the big computer screen that was almost facing the entrance. It made me extremely uncomfortable considering the fact that they ask you to enter your SS number. Address, name, all passport details pretty much everything shows on the screen . Furthermore, when my transaction was finished it was still on screen with my name on it even when the next person walked in .I’m extremely upset about lack of privacy i experienced today. Hopefully they can do something about it !

Last week while waiting in line for printing/ tech assistance, a manager, Ryan, took the time to determine exactly what I wanted to print. It was not all that clear to me how to go about doing this . His patience and kindness were exemplary!!!!Thank you Ryan!!!

After a very poor customer service experience at Glastonbury i decided to call the west Hartford location to see if i would get some help beyond "you have to have the design in your email" (for business cards). I called print & marketing (in west hartford) , shared the nightmare i had at Glastonbury with Alyssa. She was so awesome! very understanding and even invited me to their location to help my situation. When i arrived i was so impressed ! i met Mike the manager there and he shared his sympathy with me but then not only helped me get my order right. He also guided me through the mobile app and helped me save some rewards points for the next visit. Between Alyssa and Mike i'll absolutely take that 20 min drive from Glastonbury for my business supply needs. Thank u guys so much !

Fix the TSA machine if you are providing pre check enrollment service. It’s just disappointing the system is either down or the scanner can’t read.

I have been printing my business cards for many years, yesterday Wednesday May 17, 2023 a worker from the printing department was not kind at all. He was arrogant and did not provide good service. I went to Staples three times to find out if my cards were already there and he was not doing anything for me nor did he have the machines working, he did not feel like making my cards when we arrived at 6:00 pm he said 8:00 pm when we arrived at 7:30 pm to wait for the cards he said at 8:30 pm they will be ready when we went at 8:15 pm to wait for the cards until 8:30 pm We realized that they were already there, it was that the staple worker just wanted to make us wait. I don't understand why he should do this, he should be more friendly with customers, he was not friendly and was arrogant

I was wondering if they even HAD sales people over there. ? I went in to look at office chairs & no one came near me to even inquire if I was inteterested in BUYING one. I would have been, but with no attention, it's really easy to change my mind & look elsewhere. Thank you.

Poor service, unreliable, they do not stand behind their product. I was told my computer needed a battery, so I bought one and brought it in for them to change. After waiting for quite a while. The technician told me the battery did not work, despite the fact that it was an brand new battery. I told him to put the old battery back in since I needed to use the computer and I would just plug it in. I left the store and returned later to have the new technician told me the computer didn't work I said when I brought it in it worked and the assistant manager said well it's your word against his.The long and the short of it is, I had to take it to a computer specialist who said it was the motherboard . So the technician did something to the motherboard in the process of putting in the battery. I had to wait 10 days to have that ordered and put in and then all my data had to be retrieved and put back on the computer All to the tune of $404.14.Today I went in to get a refund spoke to three different people. The general manager basically finally said no that he was not in the position of refunding any money, and that the motherboard was probably broken when I brought it in of course, that was not the case . It would not have worked if it was broken . he had said so many things, illogical, and contradictory.The irony is I have done business with Staples for many years and had bought computers in the past, and this one was only 2 1/2 years old. I've taken this to corporate and we'll see what happens. I'm sincerely hoping they refund my money to keep good public relations and integrity.Bottom line do not buy computers from Staples and think they will stand by their product and never bring your computer in to have the battery changed. And after I came up, I came to pick up the computer after the old battery was installed. That individual said oh no, we should never have them open the back of a computer because you don't know what might happen. You need to take it to a computer specialist. However, the general manager said oh no, we change batteries all the time and don't have a problem.

Convenient location with a pretty standard Staples layout. The store is pretty clean and organized whenever I stop in. I love the convenience of emailing them a document and they can print it out, a lot easier than trying to download things on to a memory stick or something.Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Rating 5 stars for Evan at the printing and shipping center. He was the only one working and it was quite busy. He managed to help everyone in a timely, organized manner and was incredibly friendly and polite all the while. He was patient, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you, Evan!

The print service manager, Michael, was extremely helpful to a critical business project that needed to be expedited; despite the failure of another Staples branch to provide print services. Our small business appreciates the effort and courtesy throughout!

I visited this location to complete the TSA application. Upon entering the lady (employee) had a rigid and mean Demeanor. As diagnosed with a disability I asked the employee to use a chair during the process. The STAPLES employee STATED "no." Then stateD "you won't be standing long.", making assumptions about my disability. During my time there I had to push my back against the well to aid my back issue. I remained quiet during the process due to her ride and condescending behavior towards me. I think it would help if the STAPLES employees receive a refresher on customer service, providing services to minority customers and disabled customers. Under the law there is a group of protected class of people that I fall under. And I would hope this does not happen to another customer.
