Dropped an important package to be shipped. It has been over a week now and package says still at the store when I check tracking. Now having to file a claim. Just seems very sketchy that a high priced item didn’t even make it out of the store according to tracking records from UPS

Shipping charge for an item that was already in its original box, never opened. They needed to sell me another box to put it in.I spoke to amazon customer service who says this is not customary for an Amazon shipped product and an Amazon created ups return.

I'll give them 2 stars cause at one of them did their best to not rip u off. The other one is the reason for this review and as such keep the following in mind... (1) make sure to take pictures of everything you give them before u leave (2) make sure the recipient takes pictures of everything once they get them (3) save the boxes and papers until both parties are satisfied with the item. I gave them two items and one of them went "missing" I tried to get it covered but I didn't save the box and thus I cannot get it refunded even though the original box would show no evidence of it being in it. Seriously though, if the item is missing what would the box without the missing item help with? If they were actually serious about their promises they would have taken pictures to confirm.

If you need this location to print out a label for you, its 4.95. Not kidding, not exaggerating, call in advance. And then, after your done laughing...drive up the street to Fedex, they will print it themselves for .10 cents. They wont even make you do it at self service, because they as a company prioritize customer service/experience. And they will share a laugh with you on how cheap this franchise owner of this UPS location is, and likely not even charge .10. I wish more online retailers would use fedex more...

I drove half an hour on Christmas Eve only to find the place closed. Hours on the website, the specific HOLIDAY hours that specifically mentioned CHRISTMAS EVE said they're open until 6pm. A phone call placed to the store provided no updated information on holiday hours. Look I'm totally fine with businesses being closed on holidays or having shorter hours. But communicate that to your prospective customers before they spend an hour on Christmas Eve away from family on a useless errand. (While I sat writing this other people showed up too. Very poor communication from this store.)

I generally go to this UPS store to make an Amazon return, or other similar transactions. It is so quick and easy. Sometimes I'll have my item packaged, other times they'll pack it for me. No matter how many people are in line, I'm usually in and out in a minute. All they want is the return code, and I'll usually have that ready on my phone before I walk in. It's annoying if they're waiting for me to scroll through my emails. I show them the code, they scan it, I get the receipt, and shortly after I get the conformation email. It couldn't be simpler. The associates are friendly and their goal is to make the process quick and smooth, and that's exactly what it is.
