Incompetent management. Why would you have ALL held mail delivered a day before a hold is done? Embarrassment of a post office. Goofy.

Arrived at the post office a little after 4:30pm. There was one postal clerk by the name of Ursula who is known to talk loud under her mask that covers her mouth but, not her nose, weird.There were 6 people in line including me. She spent over 10 minutes with 2 gentlemen. It was a dreadful wait. By that time, about 10 more customers came in. Everyone’s was psst off from the wait. When it was FINALLY my turn (dropping off packages). Ursula gives me an attitude for no reason. Complaining that she has to punch in the numbers in the computer 🤣 trying to school me over font size. She has a big mouth and offered poor customer service and is unprofessional. I’m not sure why she was the only one working which is not right. She can’t handle her job appropriately.

Extremely rude! Liars. They told me my mail would resume after they held it without my permission it are still refusing to deliver. Is there a way to get a lawyer or police involved? This is the absolute worst post office in the US!

Very rude front desk lady kept disagreeing with older coworker and refused to see us after we got back in line twice and were asked to stay on the side after fixing a label and said “im not doing this” when coworker said we were next. If you just explained how to do things clearly and slowly the first time we wouldn’t have to go back in like 3 times. Thank you

The women who work there are soooooo slow. The older white woman is always rude to customers. I had to defend many customers due to her behavior toward them.

If I could give this office a negative star I would. Your lack of knowledge with the lgbtq+ community is disgusting. Not only that but clearly your clerks have had multiple complaints made against them according to all of your Google reviews. I’ve contacted upper management and made it very clear that your window clerks and mangers/supervisors need training on how to provide “proper customer service” because no one in this office has that.

I gave this PO 5 stars a couple years back, and still rate it the same now in September 2024. The staff are always pleasant when I am there, to myself and other customers. sometimes customers get frustrated but this seems to be due to customers not fully understanding the system; or because of an extended wait when this PO is not adequately staffed. Always the staff are working hard and diligently. I would give this PO more stars if I could!
