“Amazing staff. Words could not describe how insanely nice and caring the people at this hospital are. From the front desk staff, to the MRI director and the anesthesiologist, everyone was beyond helpful and friendly. My dog was supposed to get an MRI, and while they were making sure it would be safe for her to be under anesthesia, they discovered that she had a heart arrhythmia. The MRI Director (Ken) and the anesthesiologist both took time to explain the dangers associated with a dog with a heart condition undergoing anesthesia, and recommended I wait to see a cardiologist before going through with the MRI. They also did an ECG to confirm the arrhythmia and didn't even charge me. I HIGHLY recommend this hospital if your dog needs an MRI, and not just because they have such affordable prices. The staff is simply superb.”

“My mom’s cat was experiencing rapid weight loss and we made appt because we knew they had an emergency vet there as well. Dr Costello treated Blue Kitty for hyperthyroidism and he’s on the mend! I recommend her due to her dedication and empathy toward our unusual circumstances, as my mom has memory issues and is not able to care for her cats like she used to. Although she lives in my in-law suite with her cats, she is unable to remember things like medication etc. but thanks to Dr Costello, we are on our way to a better Blue Kitty :)”
