Clean, organized. Most of the time I find everything I'm looking for. There are some women, not all of them clear, who deny knowing Spanish and speak and treat you in a brusque and grotesque manner.

Unusable. I sent in a common prescription two weeks ago, no communication, no progress.
Yet they text me about long ago prescriptions that don't need a refill, never requested, like they're trying to drum up business.
I know they had a tough time during the pandemic, but that's over. I guess they either don't hire enough people or they hire only idiots.

Was shopping and the cashier lady was telling us not to touch anything for printing photos and she was cussing under her breath. Also when we cash out she threw the receipt at us with attitude.

You will wait in line FOR EVER! There is always only one cashier and rarely does anyone come up to help. You will almost always wait 10+minutes in line. Avoid this place unless you live close by.

Great accuracy and speed with curbside service! Team members are usually accessible and helpful. Suggested areas of improvement: prices, greater product variety, and additional team members to handle aisles and check out. Finally, repair of bottle redemption machines for products that are only sold at Walgreens.

This Walgreens is the closest to my house. My pregnant wife needed some emergency items. I checked google too see what time they closed and google said 11pm. Got there at 10:53pm and the doors were already locked. The (3) employees inside, 2 females and 1 male refused to open the door. If could give 0 stars, I would

I would leave zero stars if I could. What’s the point of a FedEx drop point if they aren’t going to ensure packages get shipped in a timely manner (overnight packages). Avoid at all costs.

Worst walgreens I've ever been to. Lost my prescription 4 times in 1 day. Spoke to 3 different people in the pharmacy that assured me it would be filled and I just sat around waiting. Been trying to get a med filled since 10 am. It's 5pm and I'm not even paying with insurance. I have never had so much anxiety around a pharmacy.

Switched from cvs to here. I dont ever have a problem and everything is filled quickly. The store in general is well stocked. Their only issue is theft. They need a security guard. People just come in and steal things. They had to start locking everything up or keeping it behind the register. Its annoying sometimes but warranted. I saw some random guy walk in and steal a bunch of laundry detergent and just walk out the door. I was at the register i asked the girl why they didnt have a security guard she said it was a corporate descion. So corprate, get a security guard at this location. All in all i like this store. Everyones pleasant and helpful.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy department. I brought in my prescription and I was told that my medication would be ready in 20 mins. After waiting there for 40 mins, when I asked them for the status, they told me that it’d be another half an hour with an attitude I might add. I get that sometimes it gets busy. What they should have done is let me know that it’d take an hour and a half as opposed to 20 mins since I was waiting right in front of them. Pharmacy staff needs to be trained to deal with patients with compassion because a lot of the times they’re in pain like I was. I was waiting on my pain meds after having gone through a dental extraction. I wound up waiting there for double the time in pain due their lack of common sense and competency. I won’t be going back to this particular pharmacy for medication again. It’s ridiculous because the rest of the store and the associates are pretty amazing.
