My situation was not addressed or resolved. The service rep was very rude, he was trying to get me to leave xfinity to another internet company. Then when I asked to speak to his supervisor he told me "no, if you want you can hang up I'm trying to help you." Then he called me 2 times after I called back and he answered. On my fourth I called a local xfinity store and the lady was very nice and helpful.

I was dreading coming here because of the poor reviews, but I have to say, I had a great experience! I needed to drop off some equipment, and got there once they opened. I was greeted with smiles by all of the staff, which was a pleasant surprise for a rainy Monday morning. Amory (sp?) helped me and she was nothing but professional. I was in and out in less than ten minutes! They earned five stars from me! ;)

Your service is bad your phone 800 number does not know what your main stores policies are, and when you go down there after the one 800 number has given you some information the main store says it’s wrong they sent us the wrong thing we needed a pod. They sent us a Wi-Fi box. Then they told us we had to pay for the pod instead of replacing it like they said they were going to, customer service sucks you guys need to get it together before you start losing customers including us. I spoke To one customer service representative, and she was laughing like a two-year-old instead of paying attention to me the customer she was laughing and carrying on and talking with her friends and people that were sitting around her. Then she accused me of thinking that she was talking to me when the other woman was talking, and she thought it was so funny, they were having a good laugh. All this while I was on the phone and she was supposed to be helping me !

After hours of attempting online 'refresh' procedure and 'chat' with representative to do the same over (twice) the representative said to bring the unit in for exchange at the store (a 90 mile round trip?) so I asked if it could be sent. Several failed chats later and also found that service stores do not have a direct phone #. I also asked to have a service rep appointment, another circular phone and chat routine. This most difficult waste of gobs of my time, just to be dissatisfied. Waiting for a promised, scheduled callback, now a half hour late.

After spending many hours on the phone and chat with Xfinity reps who have disconnected and hung up on me, this is the only place that actually resolved the issue I was having with my mobile account. Nicest people, from the person who took my info at the door to the person that helped me. 10/10 which is 10 points higher than any other score I’d give to Xfinity.

This store has some of the rudest workers/associates I have ever came across. After the representatives overthe phone lies and tell me that my order is ready and anyone can pick it up as long as they have my information so I ask my son-in-law to pick it up for me for nothing he can’t pick it up unless he’s added to my account so I add him and then for them to tell him that there is no order there. Smh to then call Xfinity again for the 4th time for them to tell me the first representative gave me incorrect information and then the staff at the store just being rude and disrespectful, I am so completely done with this store and Xfinity all together. If you don’t like your job then go work somewhere else and stop being rude to customers that clearly go to the store because they were sent from the incompetent phone representatives.

AVOID XFINITY AT ALL COST!!! Managers help employees to damage your device, lie and scam!!!!! The worst experience I have had with a provider. Had the service for less than a year and nothing but issues. Employees gaslight you and pretend to care, while messing with your account and/ or your device. Went to return a phone within 14 days, with no damages when the employee 1st inspected it, then two employees take it to the back and return with it having a deep scratch that “cannot be returned”. Never again.

Experience was awful, from the moment I walked in. I just needed to buy a WiFi extender. No questions or help needed. Just in and out. The greeter tells me they have no cashiers and nobody to ring me out. Explains the only way to make a purchase is to be added to a long list of other customers waiting (for actual help). What kind of business model is that? Wouldn’t even take my money and insisted even if I just wanted a simple accessory I would be waiting a long time for someone to process the transaction. Obviously not going back and taking my business elsewhere.
