The associate Amythest from the West Haven store went over and beyond to get the items we needed now our new place is going to look great. She had to deal with a very small place to fit exactly what was needed and she came through with flying colors. You rock girl!!!!

I need a Negative Star rating. One of your drivers side swiped my car a year ago and Aaron's still has not paid. Your driver was a fault!
you driver received a warning. I have the Police report and It's on traffic camera! Allegedly you don't even have insurance. I WILL NOT GO AWAY! You need to pay for the Damage to my Brand New Car!

I’m new with Aaron’s on elm street in west haven but i can see now I’m have to hurry up and pay this off cause i just don’t want deal with this One of their workers calls me before the store even opens up around 9am asking bout a payment on the due date because she says the payment hadn’t went through yet but I lock all my cards because of so many scammers. So i hadn’t even got up yet to pay it i work late nights so she didn’t even given me the chance to unlock so the bill can be paid. Now i did thought they call the day after they haven’t received a payment and not the day the payment is due before the store even opens up yet. But after what happen yesterday I’m paying it off fast cause this is ridiculous. Idk but i wouldn’t recommend them they let u get it then treat u like a enemy once u do. Sad part is my payments always go through and this first time i get that call ??♀️

I am a employee that works in this location. They recently hired a new GM, that has ONLY 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE! This is the laziest manager I have ever see in my 25 years in sales. Not only does she not allow specific maile workers take so much as a ciggarette break (5min max), but she allows any femaile emplyee leave whenever they want withour having to even punch out. Her knowledge of the products in novice at best and she likes to belittle her staff out load in from of customers which makes us horrified. Anything can come out of her mouth. She didnt set the showroom up right, for example we are supposed to have a refreshment area w/coffee for customer waiting. Lets other employees come in late and will not even acknologing it, but other can take a smoke break-unless they log out for 30 MINUTES! Treatment of customers is no better and has a cold heart and will not go above and beyond for them. Maybe since she has only 6 months at Aarons, and now GM, she treats the associates like we are her subjects like she is royalty. Never LEAVES HER DESK, just barks orders to associates that are already doing something else. "Try giving a helping hand" BAD NEW MANAGEMENT= UNHAPPY ASSOCIATES= FILTERS DOWN TO TERRIBLE SERVICE. I loved it there until she showed but help is needed to remove this novice from the position here she is definitley NOT CLOSE TO BEING QUALIFIED FOR!
