I called to check on the availability of a vehicle. I received a response, soon thereafter. We went to look at the vehicle and test drive it. We were able to take the car to a mechanic for inspection. A small repair was needed, and it was made before we picked it up. ( We have had bad luck with vehicles this year and wanted an independent inspection.). Thank you Bill Jr for your help!

If you're tired of high-pressure car dealerships, you need to go to Auto Fair Inc. in West Haven. Louis was our salesperson and his no-pressure approach was perfect. He gave us the space to decide, and the car sold itself. The honesty here is next-level. The owner, Bill, actually chased me down to return $1000 I had overlooked from my deposit! That's integrity. Combined with helpful folks like Andy in service, this was hands-down the best car buying experience I've ever had. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I went to this place and bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I highly recommend this place if you're looking to buy a car. The owner, named Jr., is very friendly and quick, and the assistant, Luis Gutiérrez, is another nice person who speaks Spanish. They're very organized throughout the entire process.

This was our seventh purchase with Auto Fair in West Haven, and once again Bill Sr. and Bill Jr. made it easy. What keeps us coming back isn’t just the car, it’s how they work: transparent numbers, no surprise fees, no pressure, fast paperwork, and follow through after the sale. We feel like family. They remember our budget, must have features, and won’t let us leave with anything that isn’t a perfect fit. The exact model wasn’t on the lot this time, so Bill Sr. found the exact spec we wanted. He kept us updated along the way and had everything ready when the car came in. In the end, we got a fair trade in, our car looked like new, and they took care of the plates and registration. Additionally, the financing process was straightforward, and the pickup day was smooth, with our paperwork ready. We even had a quick tech walkthrough and a follow-up service check booked. You don’t learn what people are made of under sunny skies. You find out about them when there are problems. I had a problem with the vehicle I bought at Auto Fair, Inc. Bill, Sr., Louis and the entire team acted with honor and integrity in making it right, at no cost to me. It’s nice to see that hasn’t gone completely out of fashion.
