Went to Charm's in an attempt to get an antique key copied. The young man behind the counter looked at a few catalogs and then at the hundreds of different shaped key blanks. Once he found the correct blank, it was very quick. He was very polite, professional and kind. Thank you. I definitely recommend them.

I needed to have a key copied and went to a big box store first. They can't do that. But the employee there recommended me Charms. In and out in 3 minutes and very reasonable price.
