I have used this pharmacy for the past few years and never had an issue with getting refills or anything.
Line is often busy but that is not because of the pharmacy. It is just a busy location and people can’t be patient.

One star is too many. Count your pills. They short people constantly. Diabetics need their medications and when they short you over a week of pills and then deny your refill because it's too soon that's called INSURANCE FRAUD!!! COUNT YOUR PILLS, OR BETTER YET GO TO STOP AND SHOP!! Their pharmacists know how to count. Tell me how 3 manufacturers bottles that say 30 pills each equal 100 count?! You would think after going to school to be a pharmacist that you could actually know how to count to 100. Unbelievable!!

Everything is good except customer service. They don’t have enough workers to accamodate the areas. Such as photos, or like checkout.

Googled their business hours and drove all the way from New Haven to make a purchase just to get here and they were closed. I googled again to be sure I saw correctly the first time and sure enough, it says they close at 11pm. SMH!

By far the worst pharmacy ever I advise you pick up your prescription from somewhere else every single time I come here I am waiting at least 10-20 min in line to pick up some medicine, the workers are impatient and do not have proper customer service etiquette.

If you are looking for a pharmacy to fill your medication, look PAST this CVS!!! I think if they get one more doctor sending them prescriptions, they are all going to have a nervous breakdown!! They can't handle the people they have now!! They don't even answer their telephone because they are so unorganized!! Everything is in disarray!! I've had to wait in lines for hours only to be told they don't have my prescription!! And I know my doctor sent it over to them, because he did it right in front of me 4 hours ago during my office visit!!! This has happened numerous times!! I just switched myself and my family members to the CVS on Jones Hill Road. OMG!! What a difference!!! Dee, the pharmacist is a pleasure to deal with! There is rarly line. They answer their telephone when you call them. Your prescriptions are always ready and waiting for you. I don't know why I didn't do this sooner!!! Life is good!!

This is a relatively new CVS pharmacy which was built directly across from Walgreens. It is very convenient if one store doesn't carry a particular item, you will find that the other store usually does. There is a big price difference between the two locations. They both have their own storebrand options for most over-the-counter items but each item can be between one and three dollars more expensive. It truly pays to shop around. There is plenty of off the street parking. The store is well stocked and it has a group of well-trained, helpful staff. The lines at the pharmacy seem to move extremely slowly every time I have been there.

Worst CVS I’ve been to in my life. Service is terrible. The staff doesn’t communicate amongst each other so they’re telling people different things. I had surgery this morning and we’re supposed to go pick up my medicine and I had to come back twice just for them to not have my prescription or the wrong prescription And there was about 20 people in line which is just showing how unorganized they are and on top of that I could hear them talking about what my secretary said “ I’m not gonna argue with the secretary” what one of the workers said.

Went to do a test with appointment through the drive thru but there was a paper saying that it was close and to feel free to come inside. I went inside but they told me I shouldn't have enter and I have to go through the drive thru ?. I told them there's the note saying it's closed and they just told me to push a yellow button... HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT?!
