I can’t speak for the cashiers up front but the women working at the pharmacy (especially one in particular named ANGIE) are MISERABLE and RUDE you can tell they are annoyed they need to stop what they are doing to help or interact with a customer. Angie was also very passive aggressive towards me and it is completely unacceptable.

The women working in the pharmacy today 4/10/24 were complete miserable jerks. Rude and dismissive, both of them. Not just to me, I heard them interacting with other customers and they were the same. I hope corporate sees this because there's no excuse. If you don't want to deal with the public, get a job where you don't have to.

CVS PHARMACY Worst experience ever… Lied to several times. The first two times were “wait right there, It’s almost ready” and “oh I’m sorry we never got a call from your doctor”,Meanwhile, the doctor is right there on the phone saying that they called it in days ago. Another lie was “oh I’m gonna call it in on the other CVS Pharmacy West Haven” another lie you go there and they have no clue what I’m talking about. Or “we apparently didn’t put the order in for your ventilin for your asthmatic child and we
Are out of stock!” So now we are switching all of our pharmaceuticals over to Walgreens. Rite Aid was the best pharmacy ever and unfortunately they’re not around anymore. Sadly, I can’t see anyone using CVS as their pharmacy. I will never recommend them! Inexperienced, unprofessional, inadequate, uneducated, inefficient, etc.

The women I spoke to over the phone on 8/28 asking about my prescription was extremely rude for no reason. I lost a medication and talked to my doctor who prescribed me a new one. Went to call the pharmacy to see if it was ready and the women over the phone started questioning me about why I lost my old prescription. I didn’t know what to really say sometimes stuff gets lost or tossed out accidentally but it really wasn’t any of her concern. Then started to rudely being weird about it saying “ you threw out your medication ?” In a very condescending tone. Making this way more dramatic than it actually needed to be. I just had a question about if it was ready but then suddenly this lady had to go out of her way to make me feel bad about it. Awful experience and usually the girls I see when I go in to pick up my prescription are really kind I’ve never had a problem until today so maybe she was just having a bad day.

The pharmacy workers are not trained professionals they will ask for your information and then blurt out what your private medications are . I felt very uncomfortable when my personal medication was stated loud by the employee, I was shaking so bad that I couldn’t even speak . She has to be fired this cannot ever happen again to anyone. So very unacceptable behavior.. I will be reporting this incident.

I don't know why I continue to come to this store! Other than the proximity to my home, each visit utterly discusts my faith in customer service. Today as I was shopping in the vitamin Isle , an older gentleman was also searching for supplements. He asked a young store associate in the next ilse if they had garlic pills. She asked if it was a vitamin, and he answered yes. She then told him it would be in isle 17 and if he didn't see any that they be out of them. I then grabbed a bottle of garlic tablets and handed the gentleman the bottle and told him, that they absolutely had his supplement, and the young lady should have assisted him ....I know for a fact that CVS corporate spends alot of money to send these store associates for weeks of training and online modules, and none of which do any of there store associates exude.

Very good experience using this location. I usually go to my local CVS in Stratford and it is always an aggravating trip, but this store was the complete opposite. Very pleased with the pharmacy staff and I was able to get in and out fast.

I have never experienced a pharmacy as unprofessional and unpleasant as this place. Customers are going there for medication and many aren't feeling very well and staff and pharmacists treat you like they're doing you a favor by doing their job, seemingly annoyed that they have to do their job. It's odd that their corporate office hasn't been called to deal with them. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
