I had the MOST PLEASANT interaction with Geane. She was helpful, friendly, polite and most of all, she helped me with my kind of complicated Mother's Day order over the phone!! We need more people like Geane in our world!! Elm Street Edible Arrangements for the WIN!!

I usually don’t do post about any stores, but I had to for edible arrangements in West Haven. This lady name Geane she is so great. I love her customer service and she was very nice and I recommend everyone to come to the store.

I had a very unpleasant experience. I usually order edible arrangements but I’ve heard about getting rewards from the app so I downloaded it & it said I got a free treat and to go to my nearest location & I was in west have n so I decided to stop at this location. As soon as I entered the lady didn’t even politely great me she just said “how can I help you” then I told her I had a free treat reward she proceeded to say “A free treat I don’t think so” in a rude tone I was taken a back because I showed her my phone and she put the code in and was telling me it wasn’t working then she told the manager or the owner “it’s not working” he told her to go ahead and give it to me and she stated “we just gonna give it to her for free” with a disappointing look on her face . As a person of color I would not recommmend this location to another person of color I felt extremely uncomfortable the way she acted was disgusting . I told the manager about my experience and he was nice but I don’t think he really cared unfortunately

I bought an arrangement from Eric, owner of the West Haven edible arrangements. He was the consumate professional, so lovely and NICE. I totally recommend getting your arrangement at the West Haven store. The fruits were fresh and looked delicious, also using my coupon was a breeze.

Geane is the most pleasant customer service person that I have ever spoken to. She was very accommodating with regards to delivering my daughter's arrangement. She deserves big props and a raise!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I religiously order from this location since my family has lived in West Haven for over 30 years. They have the BEST customer service and they are very kind. Jeannie ALWAYS makes me laugh to stiches when I call and she always figures out a way to turn any stressful situation into a huge success. Me and my family will continue to order from you guys for the next 30 years to come. Thank you again for your wonderful service!
